Have not visited in a while (shame on me). I have bought a few guns from UFO and have always felt very positive about transactions and information given (that part was free). Cannot wait for range to open. Will visit more and unfortunately spend more money, wonderful...Have been back several times lately, have read some not so good reviews.I HAVE NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCE. Always helpful, and they have taught me a lot. Yes I have had to wait at times, but because they were very busy. Some say gun prices were high, but EVERYTHING in store is priced with TAX INCLUDED.

Staff is so patient to answer all questions. The gun I ordered came in within 3 business days. UFO knows how to give excellent service.

I have been here several times and staff are friendly and professional people. I have done multiple transfers here with zero issues and will continue to in the future. Price is no worse than other shops which I have encountered horrible customer service from and witnessed some bad business happen. Ufo has always been willing to help me with any firearm related needs by offering to get a product if that is what in wanted. Another good thing is whatever the price label says is out the door and if you are a public service worker 10% off that with ID.

This used to be my go to store for years! Mike and Paul are great! UNTIL I met the manager. Ive been all over the world to many firearms stores and this experience was one of the worst! I was willing to pay the higher costs for whatever and deal with the slower customer service HOWEVER the experience with that manager is UNFORGIVABLE! This guy will try to cheat, lie, and disrespect you any way he can all because of his egotistical negative nature. If the customer service was slow, the prices are a big rip off, and on top of that the dishonest negative experience why would anybody want to go here? I count 3 strikes your out! Total disappointment to where I never want to go back there again and I will ENSURE to spread the word to people in town and fellow military service members on how bad this store is.

Had a firearm sent here from an online retailer. Mike and a young lady helped me get it registered in my name and made sure I was taken care of. Every time Ive came in the store theyve been happy and willing to help.Highly recommend.

If youve never been here youre missing out! Lowest prices Ive come across. Mike and the others helped us with our AR15 purchase. They were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I was impressed and I will comeback and shop here again!

One of the best firearm stores Ive ever been to. Very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff along with a reasonably priced selection of firearms and accessories make for a quite enjoyable experience. I personally have purchased 2 firearms as well as maybe a dozen various accessories and add ons.

These guys are awesome. Ive traded for several guns, but have bought even more. Extremely knowledgable. Large selection for any gun need. Just wish they sold reload supplies. So glad they are in my City. If they werent, I would STILL go see them.

I’ve been to a lot of gun stores and have only liked a few and UFO makes that list. No pressure on buying anything like a car dealership but everyone is always super helpful. It’s always good to support our local business as well. This is the cheapest place locally that I’ve found for FFL fees/transfer. The have their transfer process down and it doesn’t take all day for them to look over the paperwork and call. They also have a lot of other gun accessories on their shelves from 10/22 parts, ar parts/build tools etc .Also, they’re supporting a couple that was recently hit by a drunk driver and raffling off a Glock. Not many places support the local community like this. Y’all get out there and buy a ticket.UFO I will be back again I am certain of it.

Service here is SUPERB. Glad we have them here in Cabot to serve us locally. I just got my AR15 in today and waiting on my Mossberg semi-auto to come in. Will do all business with these guys!

One star if I could go lower I would. Over priced junk!!! Price pay for their junk you could have bought a higher in name some othe gun shop. Way way over priced. If your looking for something and they dont have it they will NOT order it for you have to do all the work. They are of no help.!! If you buy from them and gun needs repair they will NOT help you!! You have to do all the work of contacting manufacturer and sending it back and if it has to go thire FFL they want to charge you even thoe you bought the gun from them!!! Place is a rip off dont buy from them!!!!
