Cabot store is amazing and has great people. But I do not recommend ever ordering anything to be delivered unless you want to wait 15 days or more. Received a email saying its on the way the next day got a email saying delivered but yet I do not have my order. Customer service number they never answer called ten plus times was on hold a average of ten minutes or more just to get hung up onon..Everytime

My son got a cowboy hat that he likes and was affordable. They have a pretty good selection of lower to mid-range hats.

The staff are polite and the store is clean. Needs a better omline shopping experience though. Often try to order items online that are in stock at the store and get a delivery fee for items in stock at store.If ordering items that need to be sent from another store it would be nice if they would route through their regular truck routes rather than use a private shipper and charge you a delivery fee. If the online issues were solved it would be easy to make this a 5 star rating.

Tractor Supply is a very good place to buy a lot of stuff they sell Knives and Tools chicken ducks their name does not say it all they do all kinds not just tractors set alarm stuff. Whole Nine Yards

I went to TSC to find some sort of galvanized tub or bucket to top off a lamp made of barnwood. Found the perfect item!

What a surprising variety of merchandise! Grab your tools, parts, and supplies while the kids check out toys. I was pleasantly surprised at how many things caught my attention during my first visit. The staff were also very friendly. I will definitely be going back.

My husband and I went into the Cabot location on August 9. I went inside the store to pick up some things while he filled 2 propane tanks. I heard the call for customer assistance at the propane, and after about 20 minutes went to look for him. He had just come in the store, carrying the tanks. Someone working the register asked if he needed help and he said he was still waiting for propane, it had been more than 15 minutes. The employee said, We are busy here, if you cant see. The guy just turned around and ignored him. We have been in there many times; bought lawn mowers, fencing, among other things. They were not exceptionally busy and there were several employees inside the store. The rudeness was appalling. He was the manager, to make it worse.

I love tractor supply! Store is clean, staff are helpful, and I always seem to find what I need.

Some friends and I were in cabot arkansas today was thinking about buying a clothing, so we stopped by the Tractor Supply Co and we got what we wanted were helped by friendly staff and we saw We saw quite selection of products. Hope t shop there soon again.

They were pretty busy but we needed help in 2 different departments and they were very helpful and so nice and polite. I had called to make sure they had a pair of boots in stock and the young man said he wld be happy to have them at the register.

They have gone above and beyond to help me when I was injured & ordered for me items very much needed in a timely matter.Thank you Ms Donna, Dense & Chon.

Decent for a small prices vary from overpriced to good deals lots of cool home decor good brand clothing and tools

I really liked this particular store. It is clean with good lighting and plenty of items. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They did not have the item needed, but told me where I could find it.

This one cashier, her name is Denise, was the third main reason how I able to unlock all the secrets of the universe. The first two arent important, if yall were curious.

Its a new store. I have no clue where everything is just yet. But the staff was at my every turn to let me know if I needed anything to let them. And I did several times. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful.

Went there for some welding supplies. They had everything I needed. Toured the rest of the store. Pretty cool.

Always have what you need but has been impacted by the covid. They do not seem to have the stock of items they used to.

Used the pet wash it was amazing. Minus the brushes being full of hair and no clean towels

I use it for dog food in the larger bags. Have some good bargains here and there. Nice alternative to bigger stores.

“Mommy I want a toy” and “Mommy I want that” is all anyone heard for over over 30 minutes while an overly excited 3yr old little boy was running around the store pulling stuff off shelves and not listening to his mom whatsoever. He was extremely excited about all the tools and toy tractors and you could tell TSC is one of his favorite stores. Before I go any further with this story I want you to know the child I am referring to is my own. As I am writing this I’m shaking my head and laughing but at the time I was starting to get aggravated due to the fact my child was completely ignoring me every time I told him to “come here”. Anyway back to my review, there wasn’t a single employee that didn’t ask if I needed help in fact they seemed to enjoy my kiddo getting so excited about their store. One employee in particular named Greg was extremely helpful and patient, I had two price match items (most cashiers get aggravated when there is a price check, not Greg) he smiled and was genuinely happy to be able to help me get the best price around. After everything was rung up and my total was given I dug into my wallet to pay. Whelp.. I didn’t have enough money,, embarrassed I asked if I could run to my vehicle to get the rest of my cash. He smiled and said “no problem” and waited for me to return. I was counting my money and he saw I was a dollar and some change short, I could tell he was about to offer to help pay but before he could I quickly pulled out some quarters from the change holder in my wallet. Thanking him again for his kindness and patience I get my things and go to the truck. As I was about to pull off I realized I had forgot some of of my things and had to go BACK into the store. Again I was greeted with a smile and was handed my items I forgot. Moral of my story, what would normally been another embarrassing and aggravating trip to the store turned into a pleasant one because of the kind people there. I mean I don’t feel ashamed to show my face in there again, unlike Walmart, haha score! It might not seem like much but it made this single momma’s day a little easier and the Cabot TSC has gained a loyal customer forever!!

I literally only go here to buy salt for our water softener. Sometimes they have it, sometimes they dont, and most of the time when they do have it, it usually has turned pretty solid from getting rained on, and I have to break it back up.

Nice store in Cabot. I asked them to start ordering koi food and they do carry it now. It is cheaper than the feed store.
