Great customer service. And great products. Minor services done quickly and you may wait in your car. Recently purchased my hearing aids during the pandemic. My new hearing aids work great for me and no batteries needed. My husbands hearing aids needed minor work. Done quickly as he waited in the car. Very customer oriented and professional.

I was disappointed in my visit yesterday. I felt I was returning to get them adjusted as they were not proper fitted on my first visit. Had I not asked you to up the volume 2 additional times, I would have had to come back again. When sitting directly in front of me, you asked if they were clearer. I had to ask you to talk some more as one sentence does not give a very good example. One should go off to the side also. I am not sure why I had to pay another $45.00 as I felt this was getting them properly adjusted after the hearing test. I had tried to come back in the very day of the test. But was told you had 2 more hearing tests appts and no time available. I do feel your hearing test was very thorough and would even consider going thru you in. purchasing a new set of aids. I would want to know your follow up policies. Thank you for listening.

They did a great job fitting me with the hearing aid that fit my lifestyle. The improvement in hearing conversations clearly was striking. Integrating the aids via bluetooth to my mobile phone and work phone was easy to do and a true convenience. There service is also outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Lindsay Sloan is an incredible hearing doctor and has met all my expectations. She has totally changed my life and I now hear things I haven’t heard in many years. Whenever I have any problems with my hearing aids she is always ready to take care of my needs. I truly recommend her and her staff for all your hearing needs.
