Bob and Bobby came out today and setup a new AC unit. The air had been down for 6 days. It started raining and storming. They stayed on site and only went to their van when the rain was at its hardest. They finished the job, and they were completely soaking wet. These guys are service professionals.

They came as scheduled and began skirting but left when rain started and left our skirting on the ground exposed to rain and sun for almost 2 weeks making the finished job fair at best! left their trash all over my yard including personal trash like soda cans! we paid a pretty penny for their work and though grateful we are very disappointed in their professionalism!

The man behind the counter is very nice and helpful.

I would not recommend this company to my worst nightmare! Horrible service! They do not know how to properly install an A/C unit or fill in holes they make in my floor! They caused horrible damage to my home and do not want to own up to it! It took them 2 months to come out to look at the issue for not even 5 minutes. 3 weeks passed and still nothing has been done. The manufacturer of the home & a technician both came out and said the air duct work and everything would have to be fixed now due to them not installing everything right; but they basically told me it was my problem to fix not theirs. Horrible Company!

The kid they sent out had the worst attitude I have ever dealt with. Not even sure if he had done a ac before couldnt figure out how to wire up the thermostat. I tried to show him the diagram for the system they use and was pretty much told I was an idiot though that is some of the things I did before the military and becoming disabled. If you have a choice do not use them.

If you need replacement parts for manufacturer home .. it will be here and prices are not over charged..been remodeling bathroom, had all our pluming parts and replaced our floor vents 👍

A&R installed a downflow evaporation coil and condensing unit to my air handler. They did not install a duct connector and air was just blowing under my home. I called them and explained that I have been in the business for 23 yrs and that this is an improper install. 2 weeks later they came back out and taped up the plenum with duct tape and called it good. My a/c runs constantly and pours water out the plenum because when the did the install they did not apply mastic or insulation to the plenum. This is a hack job and improper install. They do not do good work. My electric bill is $500 because of poor workmanship.

Installer did a good job. Had some parts issues on quality. But overall did a good job.

Brand new a.c. quit working after a month was told it was fixed quit working again today been about a week in a half 85 degrees in my home right now not available on the weekends no body knows what they are doing there they ran my wife around in circles having her do their job just to get a tech out here last time. Tech told my wife he has no idea how this a.c. operates.

Some of the worst people Ive ever dealt with! Terrible workmanship and refused to fix it!!! Had to pay someone else to fix their work!! NEVER do business with this company!
