I was talking with a man with a deep voice. I mentioned that he had a cool radio voice. He said that he was actually suffering from some allergies. I told him that many of my ninth grade students were suffering as well and in fact I was about to go buy Kleenex for my classroom. He asked if I had to buy that stuff myself. When I said yes, he told me to wait right where I was. He went to the back and came back with two boxes of tissue from my classroom. It absolutely made my day. That is truly service.

Terrible experience today at approximately 1125 with the counter rep. I would have asked for his name but after being spoken over, interrupted and ignored because he was too busy talking with his coworker, I gave up. Cant recall ever being treated so rudely anywhere.

Dropped off a package to return to a retail store and I applied the return label that came inside the box on top of the existing label on the box. The box returns to my house and I bring it back to ups and they said Its the responsibility of the customer to remove any labels. If the employer saw any labels she should have removed any or said something to the customer before accepting the box and shipping it. If you see something wrong then say something or fix it. Anyways they said they couldn’t even find where I had dropped it off to begin with. Jennifer was not so helpful but Jake was very helpful.Edit: in response to owner. I never admitted to putting the wrong label. I added the return label that was included inside the box like most retail stores do to return items. The retail store specifically told me to adhere the return label to the box and take to the ups store to return item which I did. You must have me confused with another customer. Just admit fault and don’t pass blame to the customer.

This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. They help you out in anyway that they can even if you forgotten some of your materials. They have the best customer service and you’re in and out quickly and they always have a smiling face. I will always return to this UPS store. Thank you guys for being so pleasant!

I use John and the UPS Store exclusively for handling, packing and shipping my high end studio equipment for routine maintenance and service out of state. Many of the pieces I use are rare and difficult to replace. I have never had an issue regarding its condition or safety getting to its destination. Matter of fact, I have one requiring immediate shipping and will be in likely before you see this. I had also used John exclusively for returning one-of-a-kind master tapes back to the vaults in Hollywood for Caseys Kasems American Top 40. Unfortunately, due to cutbacks in the radio industry, I was told to use a different carrier for cost considerations. However, over a period of many years, not one tape was damaged, lost or late.

Shipped package from Cabot, AR store to Tucson, AZ on Wednesday. Package was delivered to MY front door Friday afternoon. I noticed the package about 5 pm. Seen that the store was open until 5:30 so grabbed package and went to store. 2 young ladies working there were very courteous but was unable to help because the owner had left and they could not contact him. The 2 young women did not have the authority to do anything about the problem. I made ANOTHER trip the next morning and was waited upon by the owner, John. He spent several moments on his computer, attached a new label to my package, gave me new paperwork and stated here is your new tracking number. I DID NOT receive any explanation, apology or any offer of refund or discount. If I was the owner of that establishment and had an employee treat a customer in that manner, that person would never work for me again. In the future I will spend another 10 minutes driving time and go to the Jacksonville store.

Local retail shipping outlets are convenient until you have a shipping issue and their true incompetence becomes apparent. Long story long $100 shipment to Canada and the Cabot UPS store failed to put the label on the package. 7 days later package arrives returned to the house while tracking number still shows at the store... their answer, it’s UPS fails, not ours. But you can pay to ship it again. Make the drive to the actual store and skip the local outlet.

John, Laura, and Kelly are an absolute joy to work with! I live out of state but I frequent the Cabot area often, and always have something to ship back to Virginia from my visits to Arkansas. John goes above and beyond to help when we drop by. You don’t get this kind of customer service in a lot of other places, plus the pricing is out of this world reasonable!

They wouldnt box and ship my part. Acted like theyve never boxed and shipped anything for anybody. I ship mostly commercial electronic parts and assemblies. When I specifically asked for no air pillows only bubble wrap and peanuts the old guy said they couldnt take my item because they had to follow strick boxing instructions. I say bull. They didnt like me cause I look Hispanic and gave me the worst service ever. I will not be returning to this store. I may get my corporate to not do any more shipping via UPS.

We recently had several boxes of breakables (framed pictures, glassware, plates, etc.) that we needed to ship from Arkansas to Seattle. While nothing was of high value to others, all items had great sentimental value to us. We had the UPS Store pack and ship for us and not one item broke in transit. They took great care and it was worth every penny spent to have our items handled with such attention to detail. Thank you!

If I could give this establishment and person in charge less stars I would. A package was incorrectly shipped back to me, (not 5 miles from the store) and instead of admitting their mistake they tried to force me to pay an additional 50 dollars to reship my package. Seek other means of shipment.

Advertised hours were open til 6:30 but they only accept packages until 5:30. UPS truck is sitting there loading and I need to send an overnight, but I cant. Advertising should be more clear.

I have used this UPS in cabot since 2006,and today when I went to have a paper notorized the man working was so rude, I dont understand why? I was next in line and he just starred at me, there was hello what can I do for you today . So I ask if theres a notary available? Again hes rude and says your looking at him so I tell I need this notorized with 2 unrelated witnesses, the young working with him volunteers and he says he cant be a witness and the form I had clearly says he can and to sign accordingly, a airforce woman also volunteers so Im good right now he starts rolling his and just gives me attitude so I my I.D. and tell never mind I will go somewhere else, so disappointed

I have been using this store many times, and I am very happy that I have always been able to respond promptly. Even when it was crowded, I was able to respond relatively smoothly at the counter, so I was able to avoid having to line up in the store for a long time at Covid.I have been using this store many times, and I am very happy that I have always been able to respond promptly.
