Bought a few extra supplies just in case and when i went to return the items i didnt use, i was told i cant get a refund on anything. thought it was a little weird that a store wouldnt do a return for products that could go right back on the shelf. not a big deal that its 4 bucks but thought that was kinda interesting.

Absolutely horrible treatment to senior citizen. Seen and heard one cashier refuse to help. It literally made me sick. I helped him. Whatever happened to costumer service. This cashier was rude, mean and an all around nasty piece of human trash. Regardless of age if someone needs help then the cashier should help no matter how long her line is and if she is going to comment to other customers she had the time to help the senior citizens. Rotten cashier in this store.

The Dollar Tree in Cadillac is a wonderful Dollar Tree. Bigger than many I have been in, and has plenty to buy! The staff was so very helpful when I ask them for particular things the cashier was a charm! And the store was very clean and organized

Store is nice, has a large selection. Quality of products is good considering all items cost 1$ I would recommend this store. As usual with any stores numerous employees and customers without masks and little social distancing was noted.

Cashier was friendly despite being busy. Everyone was wearing a mask. I felt safe & appreciated

Best dollar store in town hands down, always friendly staff too!

There shelves were disorganized and fairly bare. When I walked in I wasnt sure if I should turn around and go home or go in. There was only one lane open and was backed up by at least 8 customers. This place looked understaffed, messy and probably wont have half of the items I want because of pour inventory or stocking or just lack of care for the store.

I love Dollar Tree! They always have an awesome variety of products. The staff is friendly and the best thing is everythings a dollar! I can go crazy shopping and only spend $20, which is an affordable way for this broke girl to get some much needed retail therapy!

Has gotten better over the years, but the bathroom is usually gross and smells bad, the floor needs to be replaced and an air vent in there, a gentleman came out of the bathroom before I had to take my small son in there and we about passed out from the horrible smell...at least some spray for customers...

I love the dollar store for small needs instead of going to Walmart or target.

The dollar tree in cadillac mi is a very great store. Im glad its there for the people of cadillac on food and other things that are needed and the staff are usually very polite and respectful. Thanks again for all your store provides.

Wide variety of items. New things frequently. Shop here all the time. My daughter goes right for the books. Lotsa cute good kid books. Other has a new hairbrush in her favorite color blue.

Plenty of items to see in this dollar store. The prices were decent, especially the discounted holiday candy. Theres always a little something for everyone. However, this dollar store did not include various chapstick brands that I was looking for. There were some interesting items to find throughout the store.

I love any Dollar Tree. This one was not as bright inside compared to others Ive been in. The shelves were well stocked. I could only see 2 employees...1 was stocking, the other was cashiering making for long lines waiting to check out at times. Dont know if that was normal for a Monday afternoon.

Husband just came in to get birthday balloons,young lady helping him was very rude. She was older one of the two near cashiers Saturday morning. Other lady who checked him out was very nice.

Really cheap pens and toys. I guess you get what you pay for. Shampoo is less at big stores. Never have enough staff. Line today was six people with one cashier. No one smiled.Editing this because where else are you going to find a hairbrush or dog collar and ice cream bar greeting cards for just $1

I had died for 27 minutes and was just released from the VA hospital I couldnt put my shoes on but I did have my socks on as I couldnt bend over I walked into the store nobody said anything but as I was in the back the manager Christine came up and said we have if you dont have any shoes we have flip flops out front for a dollar you can put them on and just pay when you leave she was very rude very loud she was talkin like three aisles overthis manager Christine and I believe this is what the other reviews are talkin about her attitude shes rude obnoxious plowed and rolls her eyes in a way that is not pleasing to most customers how she became a manager oh well the Dollar tree is always looking for people to work I do something even if they dont do it well
