Stopped in while on the road with a frozen derailleur. They were able to identify the problem (a rusted and frozen cable) and fix it within 15 minutes. They are very knowledgeable as well as efficient and friendly.Only concern is on-street parking, which the city has made narrow. One needs to take care when opening driver-side doors.

I bought a new mountain bike here 15 years ago. I just picked up that same bike from them today after they serviced it. They have provided the same exceptional customer service today as they did when I bought the bike new. They also went over my kids bikes and tuned them up. Simple tune ups are free here. Great service.

Wonderful experience at this shop. Allen, the shop manager is professional, patient, knowledgable and an excellent salesman. He went out of his way to get a bike for my wife before our vacation so we could take it with us. I have already recommended Allen to two friends looking for a new bike and my oldest son who wants a rockhopper sport. Allen is already working on finding one for him. Highly recommend this shop. He even suggested restaurants locally for dinner. Great job

Amazing customer service, super knowledgeable. I went from a Walmart bike to a bike from here, what a difference!!! I bike casually not seriously but can go a longer distance comfortably. Best part?! Buy from here get a yearly tune up free!!! Yes please.

We stopped in on a bike ride to look for a bike bar for our bike carrier and all the staff were incredibly friendly! The owner informed us there was a 20% on everything in the store that day. Since we rode our bikes and we of course found more stuff than we could carry we came back later in the day. The staff was so helpful and friendly that we were very impressed. Nice little family owned shop with a large inventory, definitely would go back if in town in the future!

Zack from bike shop is very helpful and informative. He has sold my family multiple bikes and just fitted my two year old with balance bike. Check out their step up program for children. Great store and great staff.

Fantastic Service! I am on a bike trip in Cadillac. I had an unexpected flat and could not find a reason why. I put in a new tube and rode to the bicycle shop. Dustin helped me - very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the hole in my tube and sold me a patch kit to fix it. He looked over the tire to see if he could find anything wrong. I left feeling confident. Tomorrow I am going to be in some desolate area 6 without cell service or any bike shops.

Stopped in here and the guys were great. I am definitely a beginner, but they were really excited for me and extremely helpful. They got me what i need, and did not even try to up sell me when i gave them an opportunity.

Awesome ride today (11/14/16) we got a late start because my rear wheel needed some work. Al at Cadillac. McLains got us on the road again in no time. He always calls me Miss Barb which makes me smile. All the guys at the shop take really good care of George and me. The two old fools with Terra Trikes. Thanks guys.

Wasnt sure about tire size let me take both sets home to try. My word can be trusted but he didnt know me but trusted me which meant alot to me. By the way when they say you may need new tubes believe them. Told them oh I have tubes on the self sentence the 70s ..dry rotted so just used the ones on bike.
