Been going here since this location changed names. Same great selection. Same friendly service. During our latest visit, they graciously stayed open late until the last customer was served. Addition of outdoor seating is a nice feature.

Local ice cream parlor with a wide variety of hard scoop flavors as well as an impressive amount of soft serve concoctions- shakes, sundaes and blizzard-esque concoctions. The inside was bright and vibrant, all the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful AND patient (it took me like 10 minutes to decide because everything sounded so good!). Portions and toppings are generous, prices are fair, and everything that myself and the rest of my party had was delicious! Best ice cream shop in town.

Nice looking place.The Ice Cream was ok but not worth the commercial hype! I ordered a double scoop and got a scoop and a half. The waffle bowl I ordered, it in came in a dark pink and white large cup, as you hold the cup the dark pink paint gets on your hands and if not aware your clothing as well. Very weird and not impressed!!

The most wonderful first time experience. Great selection. Great customer service and they have ice cream for with a dog bone 🦴 for my pooch. I will continue to go back.

Usually pretty good. Last week it took 30 minutes for 4 cones with only 4 people in front of us. Asked for waffle cones and were told they were out yet the people behind us got them? To top it off, we were given baby sized cones. Not the ice cream but the actual cone was the Tinyest Ive ever seen. Like something youd give a very small child. It was almost comical except it cost me 4 bucks. I understand good employees are hard to find but how can this happen?

Update 7/14/21! Horrible ownership, excuses for poor quality. The half gallon is from a real ice cream parlor, Moo-Ville (Nashville, MI) where quality is preferred over quantity!! I did not see any signs stating Ghirardelli chocolate, it definitely was not!!! Cheap waxy Palmer chocolate!!! Perhaps you should venture out more to see what REAL ice cream parlors are like!!! If you read any of my reviews, I am fair and honest, and factual!! Uninviting decor, hence why THERE was a lack of customers!You give good ice cream parlors a BAD name!!Robbery!!! If you value your money at all avoid this place..Over priced, sub par quality. Chocolate tasted waxy like Palmer chocolate!3 scoops $6.50???? Half gallon is way cheaper!!Milkshake, is more milk than anything! Close your doors, you dont deserve to be open!!!

Really good ice cream. Wonderful staff keep the line moving. The clerk at Evergreen Resort told us that this is the place to go and to get the color changing spoons.

Wonderful ice cream shop! Very convenient location if youre camping at the state park, a quick walk over. Staff were very friendly and attentive to cleaning and sanitizing, masks were being worn at all times. Many great ice cream flavors and so many options to choose from, well be back!

Love this place! But those people that parked their RV had the steaks down the canopy up in the windows open doesnt that look like more than a potty stop! This is the best new ice cream place in Cadillac! And they just wrote that because we had to tell them to leave or at least not park there... its illegal.

Love this place! The owners/staff members are super sweet, and I love the fact that they have two dairy free options! Their dole whip flavors change every week, and their dairy free soft serve flavor changes every week. Their waffle cones are always fresh and delicious.

So my fiance and I were driving home from vacation and we saw this place. Its a good thing he pulled over because I wasnt going to stop screaming until I got my ice cream.This place was lovely. The ice cream was super good.They also gave me a cool color changing spoon. Its my favorite thing.

Me and my sister are both Dairy-Free and they had so many Vegan/Dairy Free options for us. The staff was really really sweet. It was just such a fun place to stop. SO MANY flavors and combinations, clean, great atmosphere, delicious ice cream, handmade wafflecones, color-changing spoons, free stickers, what more could you ask for? ❤🍦

The ice cream was good. The waffle cones were not crispy, kind of chewy. Prices were pretty outrageous! $16 for 3 people. Kind of expensive. All in all, it was good but not great or worth $16.

Huge selection of hard pack ice cream, along with soft serve, sundaes, and house made waffle cones. Generous scoops, and very reasonably priced. Baby cone is more than enough for one adult. Line in summer can run out door into parking lot. Worth the wait!

A small group of people and I went in around 10 in the morning there was only two workers in the store and those two workers never acknowledged that we were in the store didnt say anything to us just turned and walked into the back room and as we were leaving after waiting for five minutes we just saw that they were just leaning on the counter not doing anything terrible way to conduct business especially at 10 in the morning Dairy Queen is better okay so I just went on their website and found out that they dont open until noon but somehow the door was left unlocked and two people were just standing behind the counter at 10 in the morning never told me they were closed here I mean Craig

I love ice cream! So does my whole family! But, we will never ever go here.My family parked an RV in the parking lot - because its the only place it would fit while waiting for a pizza at a nearby pizza place. This woman that worked here came out and screamed at my sister, even when it was explained they werent staying. The woman actually went to see if the pizza story was true which it was. Then she came back to scream and cuss some more. Its a shame no one caught her on camera, because it was the most Karen moment, ever.

Very nice place to get ice cream at, clean and all the employees had mask and gloves on. I sat inside and watched the workers wash down the tables and the counters multiple times.

Seems like this place is new...and they have quite a lot of kinks to work out. ~~ warning for immuno-compromised/vulnerable people: NOT a social distancing/sanitary environment, see below~~Ice cream just okay, pretty overpriced for what it is. Homemade waffle cone a nice touch but still too much - almost $20 for 2 cones and a bottle of water + tip. Yikes.They also need to call out order by name, not what the order is comprised of -- someone took our order before we could get to it, and started eating. After, we were told the flavor we had ordered was too soft and couldnt be scooped anymore.... too bad that other customer took our order. If only they had said our name. (Also, I recognize that this is partially the customers fault, she really needed to pay attention. We had literally no time to react because she was closer to the counter and started eating right away. But this could be avoided easily.)The reason for this 2 star review, though, is largely due to no mask requirement for customers inside, nor are they concerned about the amount of people in their space. We were the only two customers wearing masks while there. The center tables were crowded with families with small children, the line was backed up - no one was social distancing. No sign on the door asking for masks/limiting amount of people inside. (FYI Michigan currently has capacity limits in place, seems like they dont give a rip about safety).This place NEEDS to do better. At least all the employees were wearing masks, but what good does that do if customers do not help protect staff and other customers?? It didnt make any sense at all. We will not returning.Also, reading the reviews about the poor RV road-trippers from literally the past few days, makes me think these are not good people to give our money too! Geez. All of this over ice cream, whats supposed to be a stress-free and happy experience!!!

We stopped in this shopping center to pick up a pizza from BC Pizza. Its customary for RVers to park in the least crowded part of the parking lot, so we parked on the opposite end of the building. We had just driven 11 hours and were waiting for our pizza to be done (which they told us would be around 25 minutes). A woman from this shop came up to our RV (I didnt get her name, but it was probably Karen) and said, can you explain to me why youre parked in my parking lot? I said we were waiting for our pizzas, gesturing toward BC Pizza. She asked why we were parked where we were and I said it was the most convenient spot for us to park while we waited (we have a 38 class A towing a car). She continued to question me and repeatedly ask why we were there and demand that we couldnt stay overnight. I said, again, were waiting for our pizza and that we had no intention of staying the night, we already had somewhere to stay. She asked for my name and continued to berate me. Finally, she left and we watched her walk down to BC Pizza.After about 10/15 minutes she came back and said she went down there to confirm our order and that it would be done in 10 minutes. Then she went on to say that people think they can park in the parking lot overnight and that she owns the parking lot. I said I understood, again saying we werent staying, and she interrupted saying shes just trying to have a conversation. She was not having a conversation with me, shes cutting me off, not interested in listening, and being very rude without reason. I again said we were waiting for our pizza and we arent staying the night, we have somewhere to stay. She wouldnt listen, she kept cutting me off and berating me about how the cops will come and that we cant be there and she will tell us to leave/call the cops on us. At this point, my husband got pretty annoyed at how she was treating me and he tried to pull me back in the RV because this woman obviously didnt want to listen to what we have to say, even after CONFIRMING OUR STORY. She became belligerent and started yelling and cussing at us telling us she will call the cops on us. She told us we have half an hour to leave, and I said, you literally just said our pizza would be done in 10 minutes.This Karen came up to us with no interest in what we had to say. I explained multiple times that we were waiting for our pizza and we didnt need somewhere to stay. I answered her questions and she still yelled and cussed at us, even AFTER confirming our order with BC. We in no way had our RV unpacked for the night. Our jacks werent down, our curtains werent drawn, our slides werent out. We were sitting in the driver and passenger seats, WAITING FOR OUR PIZZA.I wish I had recorded her because it would have been perfect content for the reddit sub r/entitledbitch.

Best place to get ice cream in Cadillac! You get a huge helping of ice cream for what you pay. Yeah they may be a little high in price but they make up for it in quantity! Staff is always friendly.

The lake here is gorgeous! Small enough to,enjoy lots of water skiing, tubing and fishing. When your bored with the one you go under the bridge to another lake.

If there were an option I would take away the one star I gave this place.Horrible service from the two servers that were there werent friendly at all and certainly not helpful. They did not give us any of the toppings we PAID for and so much icecream that we couldnt carry it to the car. It was in boats and not one of the dingy servers segested that the boats might be to small for our order just handed each of us these monstrosities that were dripping over the sides and tipping over and spilling all over our clothes and the floor.We got over to the mailbox outside and my husband went back in for big cups and still couldnt fit these big messes into those either .Had to go across the street to the gas station where they were way more helpful in giving us paper towel and such to clean this mess off from us .Was disgusted with everything about this place at this point. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Im from the Metro Detroit area but, my boyfriend lives in Lake City. We went there yesterday for our first ice cream of the year and they have the best Moose Tracks Ive ever had!!

The hours in the window say they close everyday at 9. We came after driving 30 minutes from our campground on August 31st at 8 p.m. only to discover that they closed early. Businesses should not close early just because its a cloudy day and theyre not getting business. Ill never trust them again and will never make the drive again

Very busy, large portions. The small is too much. Overall, not bad other than the wait. Could use some maintenance, ceiling tiles are falling down, Im sure some of it could be getting into their products.

Hours on your website are WRONG!! we were traveling back home to lower Michigan and decided to stop and get ice cream, we googled the store because I seen it on the way to Manistee and it said you were open till 10...arrived at 8:00pm and the building was closed!! Fix your hours!! Waste of time!
