Absolutely terrible experience. I do not recommend doing business with them under any circumstances. We bought a Cub Cadet Challenger side by side from them. Got it home and it is junk. Does not run right, stalls out, overheats, NO brakes at ALL, seat belts do not buckle. It took an entire day to get the correct paperwork to even be able to buy it from them. They say we broke this thing after we paid them $9,000 for it. It turns out it was actually recalled. They hang up on us when we call because we called corporate. If you ever think of going here, turn around and run. Traverse City was no better. It was supposed to be a fun family toy, and now it is just a nightmare.
I bought a Troy bilt riding lawn mower in the fall so I could use it in spring on my new house. I put it together and it ran so I put it away. About a month later I tried to start it. The mowers battery was dead so I checked the wiring and charged the battery and it ran but, three weeks later the same thing happened. I called Lark lawn & garden and they charged the battery and started it and said it was owner error. I left it set for another month and it wouldnt start.I originally told them it was a short in the wiring but they wouldnt listen. so it went back and they said it was a battery and still wasnt warrantied. Yes I had to pay for these repairs! a month later the same thing happened. once again it went to the only troy bilt repair for 30 miles their answer this time was Suspect customer is killing battery by repeatedly starting unit without letting it charge back up. This is my third rider I let it run for a half hour. It is now at a new repair shop and Ive paid Lark over $300.00 to lark because they refuse to listen!

Looks like you guys got my review removed ; ). I think I’m being kind giving 3 stars considering the nightmare of wait times for simple fixes and not Finding a leak which was the same leak as the other mist blower. THE SEAM ON TANK. Received a brand new mistBlower from stihl becuz they had no replacement straps. $800 blowers we can’t just buy another one and let them sit 3 weeks ahead of mowers that people need once ever 2 weeks to mow a lawn 😂. Was confronted at door and told I was no longer welcome. After I got angry at the guys working on my stuff. Never been banned from a place in my life. Think that says it all. If you want to wait weeks for a simple fix have at it 😝.

This is a Husqvarna Service Center that wont fix saws bought online, found out the hard way after a 25 mile trip to get my saw fixed, sad thing is they never said a word on the phone when I called, they let me drive 25 miles and turned me away. BEWARE
