Very rude by phone. Sales rep does not return the call. I went this Sat, walk around the cars and nobody helped me. I guess they did September quotes already.This is bad for sales!

If possible, would give a zero or negative rating. Slow to forward trade in car balance to bank. Usually does not return calls when asked. When making a sale, everyone moves quickly but it seems like when it has to pay bank total balance extremely slow even if that may affect customers credit score.

Fui a cambiar aceite de mi ford Explore 2014 al lado de caguas express y el supervisor dijo que no se hacía responsable una guagua que no tiene las 36 mil millas ya que la transmisión salía patinando el seguro no se hacía responsable tuve que sacar cita en c express para poder hacer el cambio de aceite ese gerente no tiene conocimiento de lo que dice a los clientes además pone a la compañía ford por el piso ya que yo compré esa guagua en esa compañía de auto un mal ejemplo .
