Helpful and friendly experience! Our car battery died in the Costco parking lot yesterday. We were able to get it jump started and pulled into the close by Pep Boys only five minutes prior to closing. Even though they were about to close, the staff was friendly and helpful and agreed to replace my battery. The mechanic (last name Rodriquez) was very nice and even reset my radio/display system. Great experience and highly recommend!

I never had anything bad to but for some reason or another this week the service quality needed some help

Economic and excellent.

The service has gotten better since last time I went. Although the waiting time is long. Ive had to sit in a waiting room for 7 hours on two separate occasions while everyone that came in after me left, but the service is improving! Cant really complain that much and when I have car trouble I always have a receipt in hand and a guarentee. Never can be too trusting! Definitely good quality so far.

Well... I had to wait for my car part, that took a bit of time (one month). Meanwhile in the process, employees attention was great... so the wait was manageable.

Staff was very respectful and professional. She even provided valuable information in order to take advantage of a better deal.

I love shopping at Pep Boys Auto Part because they have affordable prices you could buy 3 car wheels they give you the forth wheel free and if you dont have money no problem if your credit is not that bad they offer a credit card. And the employees are friendly.

The place is very well located, the store is large and well stocked and prices are not too bad. The problem of this store is the disorder, the entire store is watered, you hear it spoken to the employees as if they were in a ball park and in service you will have to wait a long time.
