I was one of their first clients when they opened. I loved the service and the prices. Today I returned to Caguas after 7 years and I wanted to go back to that store to buy my materials, but the service of the same person who treated me kindly treated me terrible. With horrible arrogance. Who puts a sign in front of the door of your business saying Do not pull the blessed door ?! They also have a sign saying Max capacity 2. but nowhere does it specify that both people have to buy. There is a way to say things and there are ways to correct the customer without being disrespectful or rude.
