Attentive employees. Answered my questions without hesitation. Even the security guard was very informative.

Service was okay delivery was worst. We told them where we wanted the bed and the guy said it would not fit that way. So when he put it his way I would not be able to open two of my drawers, when I asked him to put it the way we asked he said it wouldnt fit that way. I finally just told him to leave it because he was refusing. The bed is now facing the way we told him but we had to do it ourselves. He was upset so they left a mess.

It is a furniture store with good quality furniture, but a terrible delivery service. And a disrespectful customer service staff with bad attitudes like Ms ANGELA FROM TOA BAJA CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hooked up the phone while I was talking to him to claim a late delivery.

Customer Service in Plaza las Américas and Outlet of Caguas lousy. I have tried to speak with a Manager and they can never attend to the client. It is the only place where the client is NOT right. Unfortunate for others
