I contacted them and they took forever to answer one question. Tried many times to get an appointment and no answer in the phone provided. Ended up contacting another tattoo shop. Got my tattoo in a higher price but looks awesome and awesome service.

I have 3 pieces from DF and all are excellent they have several artists with all kinds of styles to offer, all are top notch and great customer service. I have recommended several ppl none of witch has been disappointed

Totally disappointed with the lack of responsibility. We arranged at a specific hour/ date and Verdugo never shows up.I changed from 1 star to 3 because of the call back and good job.

In with LUis- hes fast, proficient, and made us feel comfortable the entire time -He took all the steps needed to insure the shop was clean and safe from COVID - checked out temperatures and wash hands at door ! I dont know if the owner has memory problems or what, but he gives you appointments for an early Sunday and doesnt show up. Then he does not answer and when you look for the page he tells you that he does not open on Sundays. Honestly better give me an appointment for another day and dont waste my time. Thank you.
