Very polite and had what I wanted. I was replacing my Jeep Wranglers battery and notice my Dad had borrowed my tools....guess what? They lend me some tools in order for me to change my battery. Cant ask for more.

When you cant find those low cost batteries for your motorcycle at Pepboys or Walmart which are cheap and pretty good, you can find it here for not that much more maybe $20 or $30 more.

Slow to attend

When we got to the store there were two employees and two clients, along with me a gentleman arrived before me. We had to wait outside in the sun when there were only two people in the merchandise area. When the person who was being charged leaves, they did not let us in until the two people who were inside left, I have to clarify that the limit of clients allowed by the executive order according to the sign that was at the entrance was four people. Just when I thought to leave the last customer came out and they allowed us to enter, surprisingly none of the salesmen who were in the store behind the counter, asked us if we could help each other. We spent about 12 minutes walking around the store looking for the item we were looking for and seeing that it was not available on the store shelves, we approached one of the people behind the counter, who incredibly answered That they did not sell it in the store (solar cell battery charger) but when I looked better just behind him if there was what we were asking for and then he remembered there, if it is the last one we have. It is not the reason to open a business to sell what you have on the shelves and you must have personnel with knowledge of what you are selling and not to mention the service. I gave it two stars because it wont let me score half.
