Employees in maintenance service areas are so nice. Waiting period is getting better after the pandemia crisis. Though not back to normal yet.
Poor customer service. I had an appointment for 11:30 a.m. and at 4:00p.m my car was still not serviced. I started to ask since 2:00 p.m what was taking so long they told me it was next in line. At 4:00 p.m my husband said no way we are not waiting no more. They close at 5:00 p.m.
MVP is a great car dealer in Caguas Puerto Rico, it is a very well kept place with friendly working personal, that goes out of their way to make feel like an important client, I have just bought a beautiful new pick up truck and they were able to satisfy the all of my question and helped me in getting the deal that I wanted.
They are good still they take the manteinence services they took my car at 6:45 am and finish at 9:00 and give to me at 12:25 it was 3 hour wating for someting that was finish at 9am.
I love this place just becoz they approved my new car for me yay
The service department is very friendly. They call you and remind you of your up coming service and make appointments for you. Excellent service!!

Do not trust this dealer, they offer you a price and then back off. Recently the manager came down and looked at me as if I was a homeless even though it was there fault on providing wrong pricing. I am from Caguas and will never buy from them.

In my contract after a year I have found surprises, first the full cover was not included in the account and I found out from a letter sent by the insurance, second there is a part where it says others and they are charging me $ 2600.00, in the preventive service tea They want to charge for other things that are not why you take the vehicle (gasoline additive and engine wash), they say that this is required by the Toyota warranty .....

Terrible service I call for a battery guarantee within 3 years they tell me that I can take the battery alone when I arrive they tell me the opposite that I have to go with the car.

Fatal, what they did was deceive me, they told me on the phone that they were repairing transmissions and that the repair would cost $ 1,700.00 after I took it, they have it for me for a week to diagnose it and they came out that they did not repair anything that they put the new transmission that came out in $ 9,216.00 what kind of disrespect towards clients to top it all make me pay almost $ 100.00 dollars for the diagnosis which I did not need because I knew that the transmission was damaged in addition to that, how would one pay almost $ 10,000 dollars in an old bus? To top it all, the girl who attended me does not know how to serve clients because even sarcastic it came out in the end I do not recommend anyone to take their toyota to mvp de caguas because what they do is deceive customers

I waited for a vehicle more than a week. I paid for the board with ATH and went for the money back. They could not deliver it because supposedly the accountant was not there. I have to come back on Monday. They lied to me and let me leave the dealer without offering me any alternative. They lost a client and possible referrals from me. They dont deserve a single star in the rating, but I pressed it and now I cant take it off.
Terrible service take the bus 😡 to the service and they cracked it to make matters worse, they were not responsible for the incident.Dont go to that delaer its not worth it

Good service, I waited 3 hours for service but Im not complaining.
It is the second time that I take the bus for maintenance, but this time I think they took too long I was waiting almost 4 and a half hours for preventive maintenance (which did not include oil and filter change) and for them to wash and treat the engine.

So if you buy here be prepared to wait long hours for the maintenance of the unit you buy.I do not recommend it 👎
1 star for the bad time. If I am looking for a new Toyota with a specific color and they do not have it, then do not try to catch me as a fool saying that that color was discontinued to sell what comes or what they have at the moment. I was looking for Tacoma Voodoo Blue and they wanted to sell me the first thing that came along. They gave me no option to wait or to look to another dealer to help. I do not return or recommend this dealer

The situation with this particular dealer is disappointing, since at the time of purchase of my used vehicle I was advised that the unit had insurance and gap included, that I did not have to worry about anything. Two (2) years later I have been the victim of theft of my vehicle which is a difficult process for me. When I think I am reaching the end of this road so uncomfortable it comes to light that my vehicle was never fully covered since the GAP (allegedly) is not put on used vehicles (which is false because I have had another used vehicle with a gap ). I contacted the seller to try to clarify this situation, he indicated that it had to be an error and that he would verify to clarify everything, which did not happen since I tried to communicate with him on several occasions and even left him a message and failed to get it. In short I was left without a vehicle and with an outstanding balance that I will have to pay out of pocket and with the knowledge that all Dealers, especially MVP Toyota in Caguas, are only interested in selling the vehicle and making their profit regardless of correctly orienting the buyer. Future buyers who see this and are looking to make their purchase, take my experience so that they do not fall victim to this system, which only looks after their own interests and nothing else. Be careful and dont trust what the salesperson, manager or finance manager tells you, as they are only interested in your profits. And beware of those contracts, do not sign anything before carefully reviewing it. Do yourself the favor of looking for your own financing and your own insurance and you will avoid many headaches in the future. I hope that my bad experience will serve someone else, since I do not wish this process on anyone.
The service is of very poor quality the systems are not interconnected you pay for the Toyota care service and they do not want to honor it, they say that it does not come out in the system and they want to charge you $ 89.00 plus tax for an oil and filter change that is covered by Toyota care

They quote you at a certain time for an oil REVIEW (because it did not touch change) that does not take even 10 minutes and the waiting time is between 2-3 hrs 🤷🏼♀️ Come back to bring Joan, that woman had absolute control of the service .
Expensive vehicles with an alarmingly high monthly payment. Good employees who give their best. But with those prices there is no business that can stand. MVP must have knowledge of the current situation in PUERTO RICO.
