Ive been 3 times at the coffee shop and the experience has been awesome. The food and coffee are both excellent. The service is great and they are always making sure your experience is as best as it can be. My complements to Astrid (host), Yadier (Barista) and Esteban (Cheff).

Si quieres tomar un café inolvidable te recomiendo Café Don Ruiz en Caguas. La comida también es deliciosa y hay una gran variedad en el menú. El servicio es de calidad y los empleados son muy atentos. El lugar esta limpio y bien decorado.

Lugar muy acogedor, el equipo de trabajo excelente. El café es el mejor que he probado en mi vida (no exagero) gracias a los baristas, Yadier y Veronica por siempre hacer mi orden espectacular. Astrid ofrece un servicio al cliente de otro mundo y al equipo de cocina por la calidad tan alta de comida. Mi segunda familia, recomendado al 100%!

Excellent service! The coffee left me savoring the glass; and the food the fingers. Astrid was an excellent server, the Yadier coffee was delicious, and he and the turkey panini made by Chef Esteban left me wanting to ask for more. I recommend it! Oh and the music they play is🔥🔥

A great experience I had today. If you want to enjoy a good healthy and gourmet breakfast, I recommend this place next to Crunch in Caguas. I am strict when it comes to eating in a restaurant and I can tell you that thanks to Michael I was able to enjoy a great breakfast, very attentive he suggested me according to what I asked. The chef brought the plate to the table very respectful and attentive. Good decoration, flavor, freshness, cleanliness and with the protocols for this Pandemic. 100% service, do not be in a hurry, if we want well-prepared things, you have to enjoy the moment and good food I was also able to speak with the owner, an excellent person. The place is very beautiful and elegant, it makes you want to sit down to eat. They have a tremendous coffee machine but the latte I drank did not invite me to return. There were only two people in front of me (who were together) and it took 20 minutes to order and I could only order the coffee since they indicated that there were 7 orders and everything was going to take more than 30 minutes. There were only two employees giving 100% but the reality is that with two employees it was impossible to serve everyone. Half of the people who were seated were waiting for orders and in my 25 minutes that I was there they only got 1 order. At some point I will give it another chance. I recommend the place, but I tell the people in charge that they should work on the matter more.

Today was my first time and I can say more than being pleased with the treatment that Astrid and Yadier (the Barista) gave me. At first I asked for a coffee to Astrids taste, more when I asked if they had my favorite drink, they had no qualms about voting the one that was in process to please me. I enjoyed a Chai Latte Tea with coffee that the word tasty doesnt do it justice. A delight in a cozy place and a very good service! I recommend them 100!
