Excellent customer experience! The gal who answered my call Monday was very knowledgeable, and had space first thing in the morning two days later (today). Received a confirmation call yesterday and they were here at 9am this morning. They were professional, quick and friendly and the unit works great. Thank you for being the only AC company in Caguas that treated us right!

Terrible service! I have a unit that was installed 4 years ago. I called for service on a Thursday because the unit is not working. Customer service indicated that they would call me for an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday came and I have not received a call nor do they answer my calls. I was not even able to leave a message because the mailbox is full.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!! I recommend that you look for another company. I called them for a replacement of a 21kbtu air that had been there for 9 years. They arrive at 4:00 pm with the tape in hand, they take measurements even with the tape turned and not even the height of the ceiling measured. Out of nowhere they tell me that the room has a 36kbtu unit (in my other house I have a 36kbtu unit for a room three times this size and we dont set it to less than 75 because it gets very cold) because if I put one on it 24kbtu will damage me quickly ... I mean, the previous one was 21kbtu and lasted 9 years ... When I was the previous one, putting it on 74 cooled everything and now they want me to mount a 36kbtu ... Of course it costs $ 1,000 additional. LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY !!!

The warranty service is poor. They are good at selling, but when the equipment fails they do not respond. In addition, when they do replacement installation, they leave the unit that does not work on the roof of the residence.

Worst customer service I have ever had! They are fast selling you the airs and installing, but when responding they do not appear. They installed 2 units out of 4 that were damaged and took 1 month to change. Now one of them is not working well and they do not appear, they do not answer and when I get them they tell me that they come and they never appear. They are irresponsible and have no professional ethics.

If there was a 0 star that would be your rating. Terrible in service. They put my parents (very old adults) in a broken unit and they dont want to answer or solve us. And to top it off, the one who answers the phone and the lady who seems to be the owner ARE MALCRIED. Do not buy there EVER. They are useless, they are scum like human beings. They deserve to have their business go bankrupt. Hopefully they dont have to live what we have lived.

Terrible experience! I had to cancel the order and leave with the competition. They do not know how to treat the clientele. They have no education or professionalism. One calls and they do not answer then they answered and listened to a personal conversation between the two tigejas that answered the phone when they realized they had no choice but to engage. Keep calling and they never answered me that day. The next day I called and they disrespected me in addition to answering me in a disgusting way. I am a customer buying 4 units and investing $ 5000. What happens to this company? When the youngsters came to install they did not know what the tents were for, etc, that I had bought on my own to secure my units in case of bad weather.After the bad reception of the receptionist look for another company and cancel the order.Save the best for last ...My name is the owner also known as the most rude person on the planet. When I wanted to explain he wanted to interrupt me, he defended his employees with lies (probably his family members) and he also wanted to give me a charge of conscience alleging that he had lost $ because of me. I lacked respect calling me MORONA and added that I thanked God for not having done business with me and hung up my phone after I instructed her on how clients are treated.It takes years to gain the clients confidence and minutes to lose them.DACO Sabra about this abuse and mistreatment !!!!!

Terrible service. I bought some TGM units and their serial numbers are not registered in Refricentro which are the distributors so the units have no guarantee. Spend a little more money and look for another serious company.

GREAT CARE!!! This company is an ASCO. They sell you the cheap airs and come the next day and install it BUT .... if the air is damaged, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOU. Mine a month NO LONGER COLD. Look for more offers in another company that is responsible. The person in charge is VERY BAD EDUCATED, CAFRE AND ABUSES THE ELDERLY PEOPLE and always treats you as if you were ignorant. HAS NO EDUCATION. The same technicians told me that many of the airs are damaged quickly and they do not want to change or maintain them (being under warranty).I WILL NEVER BUY AN AIR WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.Customer service is AWFUL. I am going to DACO to file a complaint because they do not want to respond and they guarantee for 5 years and only months have passed. NO MORE ABUSE !!

After showing the rooms to the technicians, I go outside they are removing working air from the adjacent room.The equipment installation was really adequate, the only thing they do NOT clean after the installation. They never offered to recharge the unit they emptied. There is a lot of competition in mounting ACs, so what separates the good from the more or less are the details. They are all going to offer you more or less the same price on the equipment. What defines it is who installs it. The company can be 5 stars and if you have a careless installer and no attention to detail, they fall within 2 ⭐️ s.Caguas, PR installation date April 16, 2018.

Terrible service after the unit is installed. When you call for a service they put you on a waiting list for two or three weeks since they tell you that they only have one technician. The same lady who attends you refers you to seek service elsewhere.

GO TO THE COMPETITION!I bought a Midea unit a little over a year ago and had a broken part that I have been waiting for since October 2017 (Almost a year). They always promised me the piece for the next month and then 2 weeks and then another month and thats how they had me. TODAY THEY WENT WITH A FAMILY MEMBER WHO IS WORKING ON THE ISSUE FOR ME SINCE THE US HAVE GONE AND THEY STILL DO NOT RESOLVE ME. THEY LACKED HIS RESPECT AT THE BAIROA OFFICE. What complicates the situation is that I rent my property and there is a family with children experiencing heat due to the irresponsibility of this company.SHE WAS TALKING TO THE EMPLOYEE AND SUDDENLY WITHOUT INTRODUCING A LADY COMES OUT RAISING HER VOICE AND TELLS HER YOUR SITUATION IS NOT OUR PROBLEM, STOP BULLYING MY EMPLOYEES. DONT COME TO THE OFFICE ANYMORE IN A CHALLENGING TONE! AMONG OTHER COMMENTS BASICALLY SHOUTING AT 60 YEAR OLD LADY. BUT IS THAT THEY ARE GROSS? If you need a guarantee you will regret doing business with this company, about 3 years ago I bought them a GAir brand investing console since it was the only thing I could get cheaply that I could pay, after a few months the machine made an electronic noise, I called them and I They said they would change the electronic board. They never arrived, I would return and call and always the same story, that they already had the piece and that they would be visiting my residence to install it, then they stopped answering. They had me so much so that the warranty expired since this console had, if Im not mistaken, 1 year. Shortly after, the console started to get an error and sometimes it did not turn on, until it stopped working.I called another company but they couldnt fix it since refricentro doesnt work on GAir brand pieces, I ended up discarding it and mounting a TGM.I really thought they would honor the guarantee, but what I should have done is make a case at DACO.

They have good deals for equipment however cheap is expensive. I have tried to schedule an appointment for more than 2 months. They do not answer the phone, when you manage to communicate and you make an appointment they do not appear (it happened to me 3 times including in the installation). Then they present several excuses to delay the process. They agree to return the call and they do not. They sold me a unit that they supposedly dont work on. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more with another supplier who has a better service record and avoid a headache. 1 star for the price of the unit. Less 4 stars for lousy service, disorganization and poor coordination in the office.

Still waiting for a technician call to verify a unit that has not been in use for a year. The Mrs . Luz has no professional ethics with her clients. I do not recommend them more.

Good prices. I have bought 3 units with them, prompt installation and they work very well. The only thing is that they do not take the old units, nor the boxes where they bring the new ones. They should improve on the latter.
