It seems that employees dont know how to do their job and someone has to micromanage everything. In addition to the bad attitude of the cookbook employees and the slowness of everything.

This week I saw how a rather old lady went to ask for her medications, they did not let her pass, they told her to stand in line, it was seen that she could hardly walk and in the row there were several people, they left her in the sun in a chair waiting, you could see that the mask was suffocating her, and then someone came to coordinate that the next day they will take it away. If that person needed that medicine urgently? If something happened to him? They should make arrangements to have a protocol for these cases.
