The service is easy to understand and fairly quick. Their menu is extremely varied, theres something for everyone! They are also very organized as one need only wait in line, order, pay, and they give you a machine that vibrates and lights up once ones order is ready. Besides that they are delicious. Ive liked all the flavors Ive tried so far.

Don’t waste your time. So disappointed with the service provided by this place. A woman named Karen treated me horribly after just trying to support the business. This person actually yelled at me at some point. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated poorly.

If you have allergies to an ingredient. Just make them aware. They will try to help you. So you can enjoy the frappe without worries.

The place in Caguas is very nice. In fact when the remodel is done it will look great. Two things I want to say; 22 Minutes waiting for a single Nutela frape is lousy waiting. Thats almost the time of a main dish in a restaurant. and the taste was not the best. Previously I had bought fruit there and it took 12 min and it was the second in line I thought it was because they had just opened. But undoubtedly the taste of nutela is not the best.
