I enjoy every time that I go the donut 🍩 shop, this time went to buy a dozen for my grandkids and a Krispy Kreme collectible, a 1960s bus 🚌 for the little kid in me!!!🤪🤪🤪😁😁😁

Great donuts as always - good coffee as well, but if youre from the mainland, keep in mind cafe in Puerto Rico is almost always served with milk. I ordered coffee black and still got it with milk. Its just automatic, especially off the tourist track.

I dont eat donuts because of my gluten allergy, but my family does. I ordered a dozen of their glazed donuts to take for my Aunt, and she cant stop raving about how amazing they are.

The Krispy Kreme in Caguas, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 is the best one in the world! The staff was very courteous and the doughnuts 🍩 🍩... mmm mmm mmm! Please try the guava y queso, they are delicious. 😍

Delicious donut 🍩Nice variety

It is very difficult to get inside and the customer service was very poor, they should learn from the Guaynabo, Dorado and Mall of San Juan stores that have excellent customer service.In Caguas the Lady at the cash register also serve the Drive inn window and to get served and pay for the donut, you have to wait until she finished serving the drive inn. I had to wait a long time and I was the only customer inside, very hard to understant why.

Though the store didnt have many customers in store and sales rep was courteous and quick to serve, was very disappointed to see a customer allowed to enter with a cat to the store. I understand theres pet lovers, that like to take their pets everywhere,but there should be hygiene standards in certain places.

It is Krispy Kreme and if you were from where I was...you’d appreciate it regardless. The only knock against the whole thing was that they didn’t take the “free donuts for vaccination” deal that many others offer

It was okay. But honestly it has gotten EXPENSIVE. Got a box of regular dounts and. 2. 2oz. Black coffee. OMG he biill came up to $14.88 Too much. I even stayed more in shock ehen they handed the coffee. Tea cups of a kids party set were bigger. $2.40 each. Nope that is tooooooooo but wayyyytt to MUCH. Second thoughts buying doughnuts.La PROXIMA TE QUEDAS CON LAS GANAS.

Very disappoint..I am a regular customer. Today I order a small cafe con leche and was to lite for my tastes to much milk, I ask the cashier to put a little black coffe and she told me I have to pay extra for the shot. What makes me fill uncomfortable was that I dont see her trying at all to please me as a customer..was LIKE take it or leave it!! I LEAVE MY COFFEE IN THE COUNTER AND WALK AWAY..

The donuts are pretty good, although Id like them to keep some of the good flavors that are seasonal. Cant really complain about the service!
