It is a spectacular warehouse, there is everything for the blacksmith, its gondolas very well organized. Highly recommended.

The manager attended to my parents who are people over 60 years old. The policy says that they do return and credit to the store. What my dad bought was not the right size. My dad went to get a refund since the solution was not right either. The manager told him that he should bring him the evidence. My dad had to go back to Gurabo to take out the gate and take it away. The manager did not want to return the money anyway and he disrespected my parents. My mom recorded the WHOLE situation. THIS SITE DOES NOT SERVE. THE WORST MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The customer service is terrible when they finally attend you, the employee receives a call on his cell phone and starts talking and forgets that one is there. The owner should do something about it. Terrible service.

Excellent service! I thank Arturo vendor of the counter for the good service he gave us. Great variety in gates and power generators. They had everything we were looking for to make aluminum frames.

Employees do not help to insure the merchandise, you have to tell them each thing they have to do ... for how expensive they are, the service is not up to the prices.
