Arrived a Ralphs at 9:48 and when tried to enter was refused by the guard and the ManagerRolandao Cuelar. Said that they reserve the right to close early when the website clearly states closes at 10. I needed to purchase one thing onions or cebolas but was refused. If an establisment on there website advertises that they are open to.10:00 they need to be open till 10:00. There were other clients still Im side at the time I went.
