Went there Sunday December 3rd 2017. And it was completely close. With out no excuse, as there was electricity and water in the mall. I came from SJ an almost 30 minutes drive for no reason. And they say that they open on Sundays. And also the dont answer there phone, as I was calling all day yesterday Saturday the 2nd.

The best armory and shooting range in the entire island.

Overated you need live in the US to really know what a gun shop is and profesional service.

I left my gun in March, before Covid19 closed Puerto Rico for shipment to Florida. I understand that they were closed for more than two months (no problem). I called last Friday to ask about shipping status, they tell me to call Monday because the person in charge of shipping starts working on Monday. I call today Monday a lady answers me, she transfers the call, they do not answer me on the other line. I call several more times, they hook me, they answer and they dont speak, he leaves busy. Finally a gentleman answers me (with a lousy attitude) I say that I am trying to communicate and they hook me, he indicates that they are not hooking that there are problems with the phone. I explain my situation tells me that they have just opened and that they are going to be done by order (that is understood) I tell him that if he knows an approximate of when I can receive my weapon. With a macharran attitude, PAPI tells me I already told you that they are working maybe next week. I only hope that the weapon arrives well because of the way they treated me. I have serious doubts about the professionalism of the person who treated me.UpdateThe young woman who attended me initially called me, apologized for the inconvenience and explained to me where part of the process my shipment was and gave me an approximate date. I am satisfied with the information provided to me.

I have gone several times and they always serve the customer reluctantly, if you have any questions regarding a purchase or membership of the estate they treat you rough, it really is the worst customer service I have seen in an armory the times I went to buy weapons or ammunition I left empty-handed and annoyed with the disrespect of the vendors of the place, I was left with the other armories in the metro area that are much better and know how to treat customers!

The treatment and service depends on who cares for you. I went with my wife to carry out a transfer and a confident employee began to make inappropriate comments about us, we had to speak loudly to him. I hope they threw it out.Little variety in brands of ammunition and weapons. I rarely visit them.Positive note: they have the regular S&W line and the Performance.

I went for a transfer RL caguas to sell a gun and they charged him $ 22.00 for the transfer of the weapon and in the RL of Santa Isabel they only charge $ 11.25.I DO NOT GO BACK FOR TRANSFERS, OR TO BUY, I STAY IN THE METRO AREA OR OTHER CAGUAS ON THE AVE. Stop going to the store. In 6 visits they ALWAYS had the same thing in arms and I told them about it. There is no variety to buy from other models of pistols, only black plastic pistols and they do not negotiate a price with clients, nor do they buy volume in ammunition, I live in Caguas and now I am going to B&B in Cupey, they have variety and I have bought at a much better price 4 weapons and ammunition.

I went with my husband to buy 2 weapons, since we share the same hobby and they have no variety in pistols, just the same, since they opened with 3 cases (S&W, Glock and some used ones). We ended up buying them in the metro area and they made us a price. Ahh ... we ask about the prices of the ammunition and they are more expensive than in other armories that we buy. They have a new store, but very poor in variety of weapons and prices, not to mention, are not good negotiators. Sorry, but we visited them 3 times, between last year and this year, to see if there were new pistols and rifles, we wasted time, it was the same. We dont go to that store again, dont waste your time.
