I contacted Ice Cuisine to create a smaller ice sculpture for an engagement party and it turned out perfectly! They’re able to create a sculpture that fits your vision and it was reasonably priced. The day I called I had my sketches and my contract sent to me so they are very efficient! The ice sculpture got so many compliments and I was just so thrilled. Holly is the sweetest!! If you want a vendor to lose your contract and bail out at the last minute on a five year old birthday party, they are the ones you should hire.I contacted ICE Cuisine in January 2014 to see if they would be able to create an ice sculpture for our five year olds birthday party in December 2014. They said yes, and we agreed on the price. On November 6, 2014, they send a contract after I recontacted them, which I filled out and sent back by reply email. The contract contained a credit card number, which we checked multiple times and used without issues with other vendors for this party. On December 15, 2014, we sent a reminder to all the vendors (the party was on December 20, 2014). ICE cuisine claimed that they never got paid (payment due on 12/5) even though I had sent the contract back with payment information on November 6, 2014 by reply email (so I could not have mistyped their email address and it did not bounce back). After a couple of conversations on the phone, during which the person stated that she didnt want to baby-sit her clients, we finally agreed on proceeding. There were other issues, such as their claim that I had approved a sketch. I never did but we agreed on their design. A few hours later, I got an email saying that the credit card number was not valid (it did not say that it was declined, just not valid). I checked the number multiple times and that day, my husband called to offer an alternate number for the same card. They never called him back. I got a call late 4 days before the party, but at that time, I was ready to be done with them. I am someone who keeps and documents every email, so I can provide a very detailed record of these interactions. I called a competitor, and apparently, this is not the first time desperate people call him to fulfill an order that this St Louis company did not fulfill at the last minute.

Best Ice Sculpture in STL! We were referred to Ice Cuisine and are so happy we were ! Not only are the employees amazing to work with but the sculpture itself was breath taking. We had them use our company logo and it was the center of our party. Almost every picture taken that night was around the ice. We 100% will be using them for all of our events going forward. They were professional and came back and took it down after our event. Could not be more impressed with this company. Thank you Ice Cuisine!

I am an active duty Army combat vet who took leave to celebrate my daughter b day.My husband and I had a frozen themed b day bash for my daughter and of course wanted a ice sculpture for the party. The day of the party (yesterday June 13,2015) at 2:30 they were supposed to start setting up...the party started at 3:00pm...no ice sculpture. I call 17 times and get no answer. After leaving a message, Holly calls back stating she did receive my contract and doesnt remember. But yet they had no problem receiving a few hundred dollars from my account. I was hung up on, but luckily for me my leave will last another 2 weeks. Lets just say..my lawyer has already been contacted. ..........and then they will act oblivious to the contract that *I have a copy of* and say it is not their company. Great thing myself and my husband are both military and have amazing lawyers.
