I called this place today looking for a radiator in a power steering pump for my 1995 F150 5. 8 motor and the guy was very rude all because I didnt know my transmission model because apparently theres two different kinds that go to this truck but I did tell him mine was an automaticand, I didnt know what it was two different kinds that go to a automatic F-150 5.8, Im not a mechanic! I cant believe he couldnt just look it up on the computer!!!! but what would the transmission part matter if Im just looking for a radiator in a power steering pump? But I told him my truck was an automatic and I gave him the motor size and year of my vehicle, so I dont understand why I would have to have any information for my transmission? I called AutoZone and they never even asked me the question he asked me about two different types of transmission. They found the parts I needed without that information. So I dont understand why he couldnt and when I didnt know the part, he seemed to be talking down to my, I didnt appreciate that! I would NEVER recommend this place, because of the way the guy talk to me!!!! Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope whomever buys from this place has better luck than me😀
