I am from Tampa and here visiting an old friend. This place is something youd see in a city, but with small town friendliness. Delicious!!!

Love Dark Horse Java! Stumbled upon this place a few weeks back and so glad I did. Locally owned business with fresh made drinks and coffee. Lots of pastries and snacks to choose from also. The atmosphere is very unique with some other indoor business surrounding the bar which provides a very productive and fun atmosphere. You will find tables for work / study, a few board games available and a section for Dark Horse Java merchandise available for sale. All in all, very friendly owner / operator great environment and great coffee.Also, they have soft serve ice cream :)

This is an adorable, calm, quiet new place that everyone should try to stop by! The owner was very friendly and made me a delicious Turtle Latte that tasted just like the chocolate turtle candies that I grew up with! They have wonderful and unique latte combinations including that one and a Smores Latte! Very relaxing atmosphere and I will be back!

We love to stop for a cup of Joe whenever we are in Cairo! Great hot and cold brew! Friendly staff and great products - coffee soap, t-shirts, etc.

Great variety of drinks and snacks. The Cookie Butter Palamino is where its at! The atmosphere is awesome, not like the hipsterish chain places.
