Had great help at the Caldwell location few years ago from guy name Markus I sent a friend Rachel to him he helped her out too! Ver cool guy talked a bit after if he could reply I would definitely go back to that location

I have repeated from Rent-A-Center for years upon years off and on and I have never had an issue with Rent-A-Center this one in Caldwell is great if you have any questions or need help with anything they help you and they are very good with you Ricardo the office manager even offered me two weeks free on an item because I couldnt rent it that day kudos

Ordered something couldnt deliver it for 3 days. Cancelled my order was told to pick up my refund then ordered something else made a additional payment they had to call and bug all the same references for everything you rent. Took over a week to receive both refunds. They could never give me a straight answer asked me for proof when they clearly had proof of both payments.

Called in for an estimate and Marcos the store manager helped me out. Sounded like he was laughing in the background.. Ive had a sister that was renting from there, she’s been a great payer, as soon as she went over the 7 day mark while keeping in contact with them she had people show up at her house. You guys need to keep in communication on these things... so unprofessional and childish

Went in there not too long ago, these people have issues. Guy in front counter talked with customers like a complete sailor. I think his name was Markus. And Guy with glasses needs to learn how to talk to people, has no idea what to say about his product. Rent a center please get ahold of your employees here, they are out of control. So unprofessional. I’ll make sure not to stop by here again.

Very disappointed got a furniture set from them that was supposed to be brand new it had bed bugs in it and luckily they didnt spread through my house but if they dont fix the issue Im calling a lawyer we just Renovated this house before we got the furniture and spent alot if money

I hate this place the nickel and dime you one week we have only 5 dollars to pay it off then it jumps to 67 then I pay it down to only owning 20 left then they jump it to 43 I Finally just paid them off and said never doing business with you again because they keep going up and up and up and then to top it off they say they put notes they never did I got called 10 time when I should of only got called once and when I told him when They we’re getting paid they should of stuck it in the notes I would never ever go with then ever again
