I have been an archer for several years. I have shot the range and purchased several products from Archery Central in the last five years and had always been pleased. So on April 16 I was given a bow. I recently moved to Nampa so I went to Archery Central where I bought over $1,060.00 dollars in accessories and services. That night I fletched twelve arrows and tried to configure my new thumb release like the picture on the box. I could not figure it out. No big deal, I planned on spending most of the morning getting my draw set so I could cut the arrows.The next day was my birthday and I went in to Archery Central. They had a new employee come over and I told her I didnt think she could help. The manager came over to look at it and was also stumped. She asked Danny the owner to come take a look at it when he was finished. I told him I bought it there yesterday and he started trying to put it together. After a few minutes he looked up at me an stated you got me, I dont know how it goes together either. I dont say anything, I am waiting for the, but we will figure it out. When he didnt say anything else, I thought maybe he thought I bought it somewhere else, so I repeated I bought it here yesterday and there is another one in his display case. Thats when everything came off the rails. Danny looks at me and says I dont care where you bought it. I am just standing there thinking did he really just say that, there are at least 6 or 7 people standing nearby listening waiting to get helped. So I reply What? So he repeats himself. Then he deicides to go even stronger and says At this shop once you buy it, it is up to you to figure out how to use it. If my jay could have dropped any further I would have had to dig a hole for it. I stated his was not the only shop in the valley and I better just leave. The manager who had been trying to call Danny off then says I can call the manufacturer on Monday. I said that was all I was looking for, some support, but now we are past that Im leaving. I would buy off the internet before I would go into his shop again, he basically said that to everyone in his lobby.Good Luck

Fantastic people to deal with!!! This is a very friendly and helpful shop. I went in thinking about buying a new bow, I was greeted when i came in the door and was asked how they could help me. They answered all my questions with no pressure and I ended up buying a a new VXR 31.5. Thank you guys, I will be back.

Dude was more worried about his buddy showing up rather then selling a new bow.If I had to say truly and honestly, I was extremely disappointed in customer service.. Dude rather watch his friend shoot at the pavement with there new Mathews, slapped right off the pavement while I’m trying to test fire a non sighted bow acting like he’s cam hanes! DAF, so I bought the same bow in Boise for 450!!🖖🏻🖖🏻🤔🤔☺️🙏😂😂😂

Stopped in to get arrows trimmed, a peep sight added to my string, and my official draw length measured before tuning my bow. I didnt have to wait around, I was helped IMMEDIATELY and learned a ton just through conversation. Good dudes, reasonable prices, great selection of gear, and a sick range. A must-visit, even if you live in town (Boise).

Friendly good prices went in told them I needed something cheap just to get back into archery got a cheaper bow the adjusted every will be back

Had a two hour class and paid for it and when I showed up for the class that I scheduled 3 weeks ago no call to let me they close today not very happy

These fellas are great! Giving tips and education with zero judgement I very much appreciate. They fix up all my families bows without draining the bank. all while taking their time to do so.Fantastic!

This place is hands down the best Archery chop in the Valley. The owner and his crew goes above and beyond to help you. I had an issue with another shop yesterday and came in to talk to Danny and he explained everything to me and made me fill like a true customer not just someone to get money out of. After many frustrating and fruitless encounters in attempts to tune my bow with the competition in Boise, I decided to make the drive out to Archery Central. It was the best decision I made and my bow is now shooting the best it has ever shot. The knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of Mark and Danny is unmatched in my experiences with bow shops. The people at Archery Central made me feel like a valued customer, educated me about my bow, and quickly found an answer to my bows complications when the competition in Boise could not. In the future, I will continue to use Archery Central for all my bow hunting needs.

These guys were awesome. I’m new to this and they spent a couple of hours getting me started and were never pushy or arrogant and politely answered tons of beginner questions. I had been to another shop where they were quite annoyed to have to help someone just starting out.

I brought my bow in on Saturday to get it tuned. They did an outstanding job as always. I live in Boise and know that there are a lot of Archery shops closer to me, but I always drive the extra few miles to have them work on my bow. The owner is very knowledgeable with Archery and his wife is an amazing instructor. She taught my brother and I proper technique on our first year Archery hunting. If I could give this shop more stars I would. everyone of their employees are outstanding as well. An older gentleman was in the shop on Saturday and I could tell he was an expert. I felt he went the extra mile when tuning in my bow, and just with his knowledge of Archery. I would not recommend any archery shop in the valley more than this one.

My 12 year old daughter really wanted to learn archery so we bought her a nice bow set up from Archery Central for Christmas. The staff was extremely helpful for beginners and pricing was fair. Then they had a kids league that she joined at Archery Central and shes learning a lot and loving it. I highly recommend this place.

I’m new to the sport of archery, so I was just looking to get some info on bows and sizes...etc. So I walked into the shop during lunch break. And after speaking with Danny for almost 2 hours, I learned more there than I did poking around online and youtube. Danny was great and full of knowledge. I will definitely go back so Danny can setup new rigs for me and my boys. A great shop and great customer service.

Its a great place with awesome, friendly service. They are easy to work with. The place is kid friendly so were comfortable taking our kids with us when we visit and shoot. I especially love the indoor range and the leagues.

Awesome service, cheap prices, what more do you need? Although I did not buy from them, I should have. They spent several hours with me trying to get me set up for a recurve. Who does that? Then, they let me shoot them on the range for a few hours. I had a blast! They gave me tips, and kept bringing out bows for me to try. They remind me of a shop back in my home state of Wisconsin, except they are much nicer. They are geniuses, who love shooting bow, and know how to treat their customers. Best place in the valley. Bring your family and get them shooting at the range, and you become part of their family.

Unbelievable service! Danny is always spot-on with his suggestions and hires knowledgeable, kind staff. Mikey helped me after Id struggled for MONTHS, and she had me completely dialed in within 10 minutes. We are always appreciative of the service we receive as well as the kindness and compassion they show to the little shooters out there: Our KIDS! Its totally a home-grown and family-friendly range. Danny and Mikey are always giving back to the community to share their love and knowledge with any person that loves archery. One of my most favorite things that sets them apart from ALL the rest: They dont judge your knowledge or skill. They will help anyone from the beginner to the most seasoned archers. Keep up the great work, you are a HUGE asset to the Treasure Valley! I know we wouldnt do business anywhere else!

This is the best archery shop in the valley. The staff is very helpful knowledgeable kind and professional. It has all the best names in archery gear and alittle bit of everything. Great target range in back and huge selection of preowned bows. Danny has done an amazing job with his shop and will continue to grow.

I went in today from Boise because these guys are awesome. My Broadheads were hitting to the left so I decided to take in my bow to see if they could take it in for a tune. The owner brought me behind the counter had me shoot through paper to see how my arrow was flying. Sure enough it wasn’t good, he took the cams off and moved shimmed on the cams. I shot again and perfect!! My Broadheads fly great and the price is more than generous to the customer. If your in the treasure valley and need anything archery and you want a honest answer. Go to these guys, like everyone else has said they are great!!

Archery Central always does what needs to be done to help you get your gear fixed and working properly. They have spent countless hours on our bows and have charged very little. I wouldnt be able to keep my kids bows working without their help. Thanks!

After being to another place in Boise, then going here. Night and day differences Staff help you out no pressure more like a friend helping than the normal monotone sales employee. Bought bows at several places, definitely go back and have.

My Kids do lessons from Mikie, she is awesome! So patient with them and they have improved so much in the time that they have been coming. Everyone is super friendly and helpful with any questions that we have. If you are interested i. Lesson I recommend Archery central.

Great pricing, good service with knowledgeable staff. The guy down there who claims poor service to sight his bow in... really must not realize the bow needs sighted in to YOU not someone else... thats like asking someone to adjust your cars seat for you... its not a video game

As a complete novice I took my newly aquired 2nd hand bow in for a lesson. Before the lesson Mikie help make sure the bow was safe, adjusted correctly to my body, and explained a lot of mysteries about the bow and hobby in general with patience and understanding. She also explained range safety and etiquette. I got way more than my moneys worth.

We have used archery central for the last three years, Danny is super knowledgeable and very helpful. After getting the bows tuned and a lot of practice we harvested 2 bulls two deer and even took a trip to Texas and harvested 7 hogs! Thanks archery central for all your help.

Archery Central is my favorite archery store in the valley. They always have helpful tips, but do not talk down to you like other stores. Garron usually helps me when I go in and he is awesome!

The crew at Archery Central are amazing. With my wife and daughter recently getting into archery as well as my son and I growing in the sport we have had a lot of needs over the last couple years and this shop has excelled where others left us hanging. Not only do they have great products but the service cannot be matched in this valley. Not to mention all of the valuable advice we get for free. Anything from traditional recurve and long bow to hunting bows to competition bows these guys are the authority. I absolutely will not let anyone else touch any of my bows.

Went in Close to closing to shop for bows. Cant remember his name or ide put it. When I walked in he was working on another bow, so obviously he was busy. He gladly helped me look at and shoot a few different bows, alota places now days when you come in Close to closing they have a attitude but not these guys. Nice and professional. I will do business here again.

Danny and Mikey the owners are fantastic people they know everything about archery I am a crossbow shooter and you can order and get instructions and they will do everything for you from string in your bow to tuning your bow to teaching you to shoot these people are really with it and they are good good people

Being new to this archery game can be very hard to get to understand what one wants however, these guys have been great in helping me understand and going the extra mile in making sure I am enjoying the experience, the advice they give me is also great as this is not something your local Cabela’s or Sportsman’s ware house people aren’t capable or willing to do as they’re more of a quota type of company rather than a didicated shop like Centeral Archery is. These guys are more of a one on one till they see success coming from the customer. Thanks guys for your dedication and desire to the sport of archery, keep up the great work!!!

We experienced the worse service in the world at this bow shop! These guys are a joke! They did not have the latest products, no arrows (only old products). I dropped my bow off to have them sight it in, got it back and it was 17 inches off! HORRIBLE service, extremely unprofessional and not up to date with the latest and greatest. Save your money and find a different shop to work with. We will never go back to this place- EVER.
