Mike was amazing as a rep he gets five stars. But they left off a part, the gravel shield under the front end, the hood was not aligned right and the car broke down at the First time out.

After we were hit, the damage was extensive on the passenger side of our Chevy Tahoe 4×4. Not only did they get me right in, but they did a very professional job. Caliber Collision started out great to work with. They were very patient and informative with me. Once repairs were made I was told the work was complete and I could pick up my vehicle. I was given a checklist of the work performed and I specifically asked about the alignment, since it was in a front end collision. I was assured all work was complete including the alignment. I drove away to find my steering wheel completely off-center and the vehicle was difficult to control. I returned to Caliber and informed them of the situation. They had said Dennis Dillion Dodge had performed the alignment and Caliber would need to reschedule with them. I told them I would not leave my vehicle with them and to let me know when something was scheduled. In the interim I took my vehicle to an alternate shop and had them look at the alignment. They determined no alignment work was EVER performed. Their mechanic had to heat the adjustment bolts to get them loose. When I informed Caliber of the issue discovered they said they would reimburse me for the alignment work and that was all. Very unprofessional and unsafe company to bring your vehicle to for repairs in my opinion. I will never use them again.

My car has been in their shop for a month, they have changed my completion date 5 times. Some times it was the day that they told me it would be completed and which by then I have already changed my work schedule around to accommodate. They told me Tuesday evening my car would be ready the next day, that it was being put back together and just needed aligned. Come Wednesday I get a text my finish date is being pushed back out 2 days, I call Friday to check on it and they say what they told me Tuesday. That the car is being put back together and waiting to be aligned??? Im frustrated to the fact that I have had to clean my rental car several times thinking im returning it that day, let my employment know I may need to leave to pick my car up on a couple occasions and Im the one calling them to get better details on its completion. No communication or consistency with them. Customer service is something that could also be worked on, they act annoyed.

I dealt with Kyle who was extremely knowledgeable and confident in their product and service. I dealt with a different body shop prior to this encounter was very glad to have transferred my service to Caliber Collision in Caldwell, ID. I was always left informed, the service times, even with dealing with Covid-related delays, were appropriate. Very un-professional customer service and multiple lies told from employees to the person that called himself the head of the company. After bring damage done by the employees there to there attention the just denied all damage done by them and said that it was all ready there. The work that was done by them looked good when I got it back from them but after 2 weeks things just started to fall apart and look bad again. Customer beware, service varies from person to person!

When my car suffered from an accident & needed bodywork this place is hands down the best all around! Rental car ready in their lot, friendly service the minute you enter, all the way to the end. I got constant text messages letting me know what was going on! Within 36 hours they had my car done and looking brand new!

The whole staff was awesome from top to bottom. And the the body work they did on my car was flawless, dont go anywhere else see them first. They also give a lifetime warranty on the work they do as long as you own your car.

No problem with repair quality and costs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, kept me up to date with the progress of the repair through text messages. But why, for the love of God, would they close the entire weekend? I work all week including Saturdays and for once I had Saturday off JUST to pick up my truck after repairs were completed only to find out I cant. A service shop such as this where the vehicle is left for days or even weeks on end should offer the convenience of weekend hours of operation.

Update: I just realized I never updated my review after my car was finished. Abra, now Caliber Colision was amazing. While my car was in their repair shop, I decided to have them do some additional work including some modifications and repainting the entire car. I wanted to post this review even though the car is still being worked on as I have been very satisfied with Abra up to this point. I was in a fender bender in my 1991 Toyota MR2. Its my pride and joy so its hard for me to leave it alone long enough to go through a car wash let alone weeks in a body shop. I have been working with Matt and he has been great. Friendly, responsive to messages and willing to work with me on everything. Being a 28 year old car and a very uncommon one at that, I knew that the main challenge would be finding parts. A lot of parts are discontinued from Toyota and are unavailable anymore. Sure enough, I received an email stating that there were 3 key parts they were unable to find. I had mentioned when I dropped the car off that I am part of the online forums and groups so if they could not find parts, I would likely be able to get them from other members/owners. Matt let me know that he felt bad that I would have to source parts as I shouldnt have to do anything related to the repair but that whatever I paid for the parts would be taken off my deductible and if the cost exceeded my deductible, I would be cut a check from them for any of the additional cost. Luckily I was able to find the parts so my repairs can be completed. I have been happy enough with Abra and Matt that I am considering having them do a full paint job on the rest of my vehicle as well since they already have to do about 40% due to the accident, blending etc. I hope they come back with a good price for the remaining paint job since not only have I been hit with this accident but also a water leak / pipe break and HVAC replacement at my house all within a month :( I will update this post once the work is completed but I have no worries at this time and believe that Matt and the crew at Abra will continue to provide great service.

Phenomenal service! They got done a lot sooner than I expected. I had a huge dent in the side of my truck and they got it fixed and back to me in four days. And they even cleaned the inside of my dirty dusty truck while they were at it! I will likely be going back to them for additional work.

We were in an accident and there was a lot of front end damage to our car. It has been a year and half since we had it repaired and we have nothing but great things to say about Caliber. During the whole process, they kept us informed of the progress and sent us pictures at times as well. When the day came to pick our car up, they assured us that if we ever have any problems to bring it right back and they will make it right. Everyone here was so helpful. I totalled my car on a rolling rock in the middle of the freeway and it was brought here. Everyone was so patient and helpful, but Todd was especially so. Even walking down from the hotel to the collision center, he saw me on the road ON HIS LUNCH BREAK and pulled over to give me a ride to where I was going. 10/10, would total my car again if I got to come back to these people to help me.

I was truly impressed with Caliber Collision. I could not say more about them and their service. They truly were genuine and didn’t sugar coat anything.I was in a recent car accident that caused a lot of damage to my brand new car. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know what the outcome looked like. I knew I had a long journey ahead of me to get my brand new car back into its original condition. I showed up at 8am to caliber collision signed my paperwork got my rental and was on my way, back on the road, in a matter of seconds. It was the best feeling knowing I was in good hands. They kept me updated via text the entire way.They even gave me my car back a WEEK earlier than the estimated timeframe and in even BETTER condition. They even cleaned it!! I got a call from Nathan 30 minutes before closing to tell me my car was finished and ready to pick up when he easily could of called me the next day because he knew I wasn’t in distance to make it in time. Brought my car in originally a while back due to the harsh winter giving my little 2006 audi a beating due to how low it resides to the ground. At the end of last years harsh winter my bumper was finally hanging off and punctured my tire. So I called Geico and they recommended I go through this all in one fast service. Geico has been amazing so far with everything so I gave it a shot. They gave me a newer rental vehicle, but they took FOREVER getting my car back to me, they kept prolonging how long they needed to hold on to it while they waited for parts. I finally got it back, it was a good quality repair so I was content and ignored how long it took them. Rewind to about a month and a half ago, while getting coffee in the morning before work I get blinded by the sun and get into a fender bender with a coworker of mine 2 blocks from my place of work. I call Geico, file the claim, they are very friendly and refer me back to the all in one service center at Abra. Here is where I made my big mistake, I decided to give them another chance. I went in, paid my $500 deductible and got a rental car fairly quickly. Fast forward a little bit, it takes them quite some time to get my parts in again. I have a cool rental car, that still is not the same thing as being comfortable in my own vehicle. They finally call me to come pick it up, I drop off the rental and pick up my car the following day. A week later Im pulling out of my work parking lot and there is a loud bang and my bumper falls off. The plastic ripped and it was hanging all of the way off. After getting home I call the shop as the head mechanic had asked me to reach out to him if I had any issues. He sounded like he could care less and my call was a gigantic inconvenience to him. He told me his mechanics were gone for the day but I could bring the car out and leave it there for his mechanics to look at the following day. My significant other called back as she was not satisfied with that answer. He then lets her know there is a shop down the street from us in nampa, that would have been nice to know originally. I go down there, it had sounded like the mechanic was going to take care of it and get it fixed so I was relieved. I get to the Nampa location, after standing around for 20 minutes a mechanic finally comes out to look at my car, without saying anything he then goes inside to grab his friend. They look at it, then tell me that I ripped it off. They inform me that due to this being my fault they are not going to pay for it, that it could not be their doing. I had to have ripped it off without hearing any sound or noticing that something was up under my car to the point it could tear that bumper off. However they did ask me 3 times in a row if I would like to file a new claim with them or pay for the repair out of pocket. Its almost like they wanted me to drop my complaint and repay them for something that should have been done right the first time. I then reach out to Geico, they provide me with my adjusters number and let me know I have to go through him. I get off work early and drive down to the all in one Abra autobody shop where coincidentally the unbiased adjuster has a desk sitting right beside the mechanic. It turns out he left work early for the day, therefore I got off of work early for no reason as he just decided to go home randomly. I finally arrive at the same time he is working, he comes outside for no joke 1 minute looks at it and tells me it is not the shops fault. He said I somehow ripped it off without knowing it. Thats crazy considering how well my car made it through our last winter that had over 35.5 inches. So my car was virtually a snow plow pushing snow and ice alike out of my way all winter long without breaking down. My bumper made it through months of this crazy weather without having any issues at all. But your right, it just falls off randomly. Because in the years I have owned this call the bumper falls off all the time, specifically a week after a crack pot mechanic fixes it. So stay clear of these guys, they rip people off.

I got rear-ended on my way to work a while back. A car versus my truck. If you know me then you know this truck is my baby. So I was instantly upset for many reasons. Luckily there wasnt a ton of damage done to my truck and nobody was hurt. But from past experiences that meant a lot of hassle, a lot of stress, a lot of phone calls. Dealing with the insurance company, the car rental company, and the auto body shop. Has always been such a pain. This time proved to be no different until I met Matt at Abra Auto body. I walked in ready to start arguing with them about the million different things that got to be done before my truck can be fixed. Matt was on top of it. I mean all of it, never once had to argue about anything, never had to remind him of anything, no driving around no annoying phone calls. He just took care of it. So professional, so polite, so approachable and easy to talk to. The man needs to write a book on customer service, just an extreme pleasure to watch Im very thankful for Matt and the crew at Abra for all their hard work and dedication and for helping me get my baby fixed. If you care at all about the quality of work that gets done on your vehicle, I suggest that you look elsewhere.While replacing the leather upholstery on the front seat, they managed to scratch the hell out of my instrument cluster and they failed to replace a part that was charged to my insurance company on the invoice. The cost of this item should have been refunded to me because they were unable to make the repair. I never saw a cent.Then, they tried to say they didnt do it. Then, they tried to polish it out. After telling me that its 90% fixed, they told me that was the best they could do. After calling my insurance and making a big scene, the shop finally offered to do more to get the scratches out.The problem? I wouldnt trust these people to pump my gas. Ill find someone else (TRUSTWORTHY) to make the repair to the damage that THEY CAUSED.DONT GO HERE. EVER. EVEN IF ITS COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. These people are frauds and caused extra damage to my vehicle that they are not capable of fixing.

Im a amateur mechanic and I looked at parts list, a lot of replacement but a few on my car. About 8000 dollars for the repairs. A lot for used parts. Im not going back there anymore

Worst experience of my life. They had my car for 5 weeks for minor damage, installed USED parts and told me they were new. They treated me like I was stupid when I took the car back with a problem, the door lock fell out of the door in a parking lot. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never use this company again

I was rear ended and pushed into the car infront of me. I went to them for the insurance companies quote, planning on going somewhere else. After talking with Brandon and hearing how they guarantee their work for life I decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did. I worked with Brandon and he was very helpful from helping me with all the paperwork and getting a rental set up, to keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. They had my car done fast and did a great job. I hope I dont need to go back, but if Im ever in an accident again, Im taking my car back to them .
