Benny was great! His follow up was amazing he made sure we knew all the details of our purchase since all was being done through text messages and emails. He also went above and beyond by staying after his regular closing time to do our closing since we were coming from out of state. He also offered to pick us up at the nearest airport (30 minutes away from his original location), to make sure our buying process ran smooth, after we got the truck he stayed longer explaining all the features and functions on it. Great initial experience. Salesman was nice and honest. This is the 3rd vehicle my wife and I have bought from Dennis Dillon and will be our last. I was told my vehicle had passed all of their inspections and it starting having issues from the first week. I got a hold of my salesman who sent me to another department, who sent me to another department, who sent me back to sales. After being tossed from department to department trying to find someone to help. I was told by my salesman that he was told there was nothing they can do. Now I have a vehicle that only starts 1/3 of the time and the repair that Dennis Dillon missed during their inspection is coming out of my pocket. I do believe they have some honest people working in the lower levels but not their higher ups making the call. They put on a good face but if you run into issues that they missed that they assured you they checked, be ready to pay for it yourself. Save yourself the hassle and look else where. Make this a last resort place to shop.

Dennis Dillon in general: 4.75 out of 5My salesman, Mikey Newman was great. I ordered a brand new Ram 3500 Cummins and he updated me weekly and the truck came sooner than projected. Mikey was personable and easy to get along with. He was honest, fair, and forthcoming.My only slight issue I had was my brand new truck had a door ding, they were unable to get their door ding guy to come fix it. They said it was about a $75 fix, so theyd give me $150 (an extra $75 for my trouble). So I was okay with that..I then went into the financing/closers office to finish up, and the mood instantly changed and he practically shood me out of his office after I said I didnt want the extended warranty. After I asked if the $150 was taken out for the door ding, he said yes it was.After looking closer at my paperwork, the closer only took $60 off for the door ding. I feel like I saved more than $90 by going to them, so its not a huge deal but slightly irritating.Bottom line: would I recommend Dennis Dillon? Yes, absolutely. I think for the most part they are fair and honest. This is the second truck Ive bought through them, and Ive sent family and friends to them as well without any issues. I think the closer was just upset that I didnt want to spend extra in warranties.I still think I got a good deal and am very happy with my truck.

What an awesome experience! We wanted certain upgrades so we basically built our Wrangler on-line with the help of Dennis Dillon in Nampa, Idaho. We were on the phone with Sabrina (internet specialist) who walked us through the process step by step. We then were contacted by Connor who helped with the purchase. Connor and Sabrina would text us each week with an update. James Ford was there to greet us on delivery day and helped us get familiar with the vehicle and do a test drive. James was very friendly and accommodating showing us how all the awesome features worked and made sure we were comfortable with everything. LOVE my new Rubicon 4xE! Benny was extremely knowledgeable about the regenerative braking, different driving modes, open differentials and transfer case. I had no idea those things even existed! :D Finance was patient with us as we had a lot of questions and broke everything down to ensure we were getting the absolute best(we did). After trying to get our Grand Cherokee in for repairs at several places around the valley, I contacted Ron in the service dept. at Dennis Dillon. Not only were they able to get the Jeep in quickly, but their technician Aaron repaired both the issue I brought it in for as well as taking care of two open recalls that I was unaware of. I would definitely recommend Dennis Dillon for repairs and will bring my other vehicles to them as well.

Price was excellent. Not used to the no haggle price but there was no need to argue even with the high prices of trucks at this time still save an extra almost 4K over other dealers I called. The staff was great and treated us very well. They took the time to explain the financing and extended warranty.The delivery on the truck was good. There is so much tech I’m still learning but at least I have a pretty good idea what it will do if I can remember all that Gunner told me and he has contacted me a few times after I left to tell me to call or text with any questions.I will return when I’m ready for another truck.

Drove from Salt Lake to Caldwell Idaho to purchase vehicle and was lied to about my financing options only so they could get me to finance with their preferred lender to pad their own pockets. Don’t let these guys con you into financing through their preferred lender for the first 6 months and don’t let them try and talk you into the over priced extended warranty. I will never go back. They wouldn’t even offer me the option of financing through Chrysler Financial. That strikes me as very odd with an 800 plus credit score. I should have done my homework beforehand.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!I had communicated with someone at the dealership through email who told me specific vehicles were on the lot. I go to check out the vehicles and ended up talking to one of the rudest salesman I think I have ever come across, thanks Branden! He couldnt find any of the vehicles I was there to see then badmouthed the internet person saying they didnt know what they were talking about. I said, well thats not a good look for the dealership. He agreed which was literally the only thing we actually agreed on.Finally we find one of the vehicles. I test drive it, its fine. I ask about the one in the photo. Branden tells me it is a stock photo and the vehicle doesnt come in that color. Funny since I found that EXACT color at a different dealership on my way home from this experience.Last but not least, I mentioned the person I had emailed and how we talked about rebates. I asked if any of those would apply. Branden quickly said no. I said wow really, I have them in writing from the internet person. He continued with his no answer.I am ready to buy a vehicle, have been to numerous lots and have never been talked to or treated the way I was here. I will never go back.Branden is exactly what everyone thinks of when they think of the traditional car lot salesman.
A visit to Dennis Dillon to window shop for a Wrangler upgrade led to such a pleasant experience, I ended up purchasing a pre-owned 2021 Gladiator.I met Mikey Newman on the lot, and he was terrific about showing me new and used Rubicons AND then I spotted the Gladiator! Mikey explained many of the benefits of buying pre-owned certified by Dennis Dillon... they exceed the standards! While looking locally for a new jeep vehicle we were able to find the model and trim we wanted out at Dennis Dillon. The buying process was quite easy for us as their marked pricing was fair and in line with what we were seeing in the market… we had our own financing available but we’re able to take advantage of additional incentives based on using one of their partners. We used their accessories department as well and were impressed…. While not the cheapest in the valley; they did a great job and we were able to use Mopar approved upgrades.

When looking to buy a new Ram diesel truck, I consulted with three different dealers and Dennis Dillon was by far the best in terms of price and being easy to deal with. Salesman Billy Hennesy is incredibly knowledgeable about these trucks - they have some elaborate features and he was willing and able to patiently explain every one of those features to us. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made certain that we had a pleasant buying experience. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bill and Dennis Dillon.

I drove 7 hours from Oregon because Dennis Dillon had the best price on the truck I was looking for within Oregon, Washington, Northern CA, and Idaho. I will recommend Dennis Dillon to friends that are looking for a RAM, and I will look at Dennis Dillon in the future when I look for a new truck (although my new truck should last me a long time).

Be careful if you buy a used car. We were given a 100 percent warranty on used vehicle. They said it was good as long as we owned the vehicle. We took the vehicle in to have the exhaust manifold fixed as it was defective. After they reviewed the warranty they gave us, they said its only for engine, transmission and drive train. Exhaust manifold is part ( attaches) to the engine and us required for the engine to work. Whats the point of giving a 100 percent warranty if you dont honor it? We had to pay $900 for the new manifold.

SHADY FINANCING!!!We went in to buy a dodge 2500 today and delt with Benny and he was amazing. However as we were getting ready to have the numbers done on the truck to find out all our financing information they started to want us to sign papers with a rough estimate of payments and never gave us a real offer. Once we said we went comfortable with that the manager came over and was very dismissive and uncaring about our questions and concerns. They never even bothered to ask us where we needed to be payment wise, and every time we asked a question hed just dismiss us and say thats how they do things there. We drove 4 hrs 1 way to get this truck and had already filled out our credit app to try and make things go faster. All to get there and find out they hadnt done anything to be ready for us. We waited around for 2.5 hrs and just felt super uneasy about the entire deal. They had the truck detailed, and filled up ready to go before we even had any idea what our finances looked like. After waiting almost 3 hrs I finally went up to talk to the manager and he was very rude to me and again dismissive. I ended up getting very upset and told him exactly how this was shady and how dissatisfied we were. And instead of trying to make things right he was worried about a survey that was going to get a bad rating so we didnt end up doing the deal. The financing was sooo incredibly shady and i would NEVER reccomend to go through them. Peterson stampeed is hands down such a better place

I bought a new jeep from them a little over a year ago so I haven’t been back until I brought my Ram truck in this week. Getting an appointment was easy and they had a quick turnaround with good communication. I will definitely be back.May 2021 - Well, I went back and that was a HUGE MISTAKE! I bought another new vehicle from them and they ripped me off. Casey from finance had computer issues and had to reprint the contract and slipped in a $299 theft protection product into the line items above where it is easy to miss. He also switched my extended warranty to a much lower coverage that what we were negotiating. He quickly sealed the docs into an envelope and sent me off. I didnt notice for a few days and now he wont return my call. They also sent me off with a service engine warning light saying it should go away after a few days but it didnt. I took it to service and they said they couldnt fix the BRAND NEW VEHICLE because the testing equipment didnt show an error. THE BIG YELLOW LIGHT ON THE DASH ISNT AN ERROR? They refused to repair it and sent me off without even putting the truck back together fully because they ran out of rivets but I could drive back in a few weeks when they had more at no charge.I CAN HANDLE THE INCOMPETENCE BUT STEALING IS A CHOICE.I cancelled both of my extended warranties and paid off the loan so I hope the $299 deception was worth it after losing thousands in extended warranties and loan kick-backs. Mopar Direct has better warranties at a fraction of the price. Dont be DDs next victim!

I was hoping to purchase a new 2021 Ram from Dennis Dillon in Jan 2021. Jim my sales guy was attentive and to the point with no BS. I highly recommend asking for him. The sale was lost due to F&I department. Cam had a deal placed in his lap and put little to no effort to finish the sale. I called 4 times in 24 hours attempting to get a hold of the guy and I received one call back (that I could not answer due to work restrictions that were communicated) after I let Jim know about my failed attempts to get ahold of him. Hopefully you will have better luck than I did. Jim thanks for all of your efforts. Cam thanks for nothing.
Dennis Dillon makes it very difficult to honor warranty work if you are out or the area. Would be nice if they honored warranty at other service locations. Made it difficult and would force me to miss work to drop vehicle off for warranty work then expect the loaner vehicle back so soon without warning and i was forced to drive 2.5 hours not getting home until nearly midnight after work. They had my truck for over a week i did not know when they were going to look at it. In the same situation the bill they had was allegedly not warrantied and Dennis Dillon was going to charge me $3500 for fixes on top of the $7700 i just paid them a few months earlier. I brought my truck in to my local mechanic and he found the issue in 5 minutes and it was a issue with a u joint i had fixed by Les Schwabs earlier that year that Les Shwab warrantied and fixed for free.Now I took my truck in for another warranty issue to my local provider due to a transmission oil leak. The oil leak is caused from when the transmission was attached back to the transfer case. I paid to have it looked at by my local mechanic. We will see what headaches i have got to go through to have them fix or if i just need to take it in to my local mechanic and eat the cost.Moral to the story here is do not go here to have fixes completed unless you live locally.
Wow, went to pick up a new truck today but thought I would call first to make sure the internet sales manager was there as Trues Car sets that time frame up. Said he doesnt work there anymore and also tells me they do not honor True Car prices (why the hell are they on there then??????) . Guy was rude and another guy was rude there too when I called just to see if they had the truck the day prior. HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME! We traveled here from out of state to purchase a Jeep. Got a great price and our salesman was a pleasure to work with, but I unfortunately cant vouch for the service department as we havent had a chance to work with them and likely wont be driving hundreds of miles just for an oil change. Finding a service department you can trust is even harder than finding a decent sales person these days, so hopefully others who are local can give a better idea of how they rate in that department.I wouldnt hesitate to make the trek here for a future purchase and look forward to doing business with them again.
They switch out employees like old bread. I went in for an oil change and asked about the price before I entered all my info. And then after 2 hours waiting my price went up to $90 and that was with a discount supposedly. I wont go back here for an oil change unfortunately especially with my little ones. I had been a customer for years before this incident with no problem.
