I have had no issues with vista at all they have been an amazing car company and the car hasn’t had any issues they are very friendly people here and very respectful and understanding they will work with you if you work with them. They r great people! I would recommend anyone to them they also care they will make sure that you like the car they won’t push you into one. I’ve never had any issues with them! Very reliable cars very reasonable prices! Thank you so much to you guys!

Went to buy a 93 Buick missing back window said its round 600, said 650 out the door following week took it for a test drive offered 500 said hed work with 500 but 350 would be owed.. now it says mechanicspecial was 7xx now 495, thats saying it was more than what they originally priced. went in to return a vehicle with a friend hes charging top dollar for a truck that has more then what was said wrong with it, dude talks a good talk, seems friendly but business is shady1000%

They sold me a very bad truck. The transmission fluid blew out all over the driveway the next morning. I took the truck back. They wouldnt give me my money back. For 3 months I tried. They took me to court. The judge threw it out. They got their truck back. I lost my $1,500. But the judge wouldnt let them sue me for the rest.I should of known better than to buy anything from them. But they took advantage of me being an older senior lady.Please dont buy anything from them.

I bought my Honda from here. Always had good experiences with everyone. They even went as far as still helping us with our car after we paid it off. They came right to the rescue. Gave us a very fair price to fix our car when it broke down. I have never ever heard of any other places doing this. Im so thankful. Will always recommend Vista auto sales to anyone who is looking for a car!!! Thank you to the man who came and saved my wife when she broke down at her school. And thank you Dean for helping us.. This place is not a good place to get a car from, people that work there are very nice and respectful and all, but i lost a car on a trade in and $400 for a truck that left me and my pregnant fiance stranded, took it back to them and let them know what was going on and they said that they would have it looked at for free at no costs . i give them a call they said it was the distributor and spark plugs and they were wanting to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it . so i went back and picked it up. I had a bill waiting for them to look at it when they said it would be free. Replaced everything they said was wrong with it. I took it back and the guy that was there when i took it back was a total douche bag to me all because it had been running funky after like a week of having it . when i went in there to make my payment i had mentioned to them what was going on and they said this is a used dealer all used cars break and its buy as is . i havent had the thing a month . would not recommend anyone to waste time and money on these guys

Honestly they are amazing! Best place to buy a car! Yes there used so its likely to have some issues but they work with you! They understand that life happens and as long as your upfront with them theyll work with you. Honestly Ill caome back for years to come!

I didnt buy a car, but had my Jeep worked on. One of those pain in the butt jobs. Everyone else over quoted their pricing to either to make me go away, or just to make something extra for doing something so labor intensive and tedious.Robert Earnheart, a technician for Vista, after hearing what needed doing, gave me a quote literally half what several shops quoted me. I had saved up enough money to just give in and pay what others had asked, so was able to get several other things taken care of on top of the main issue.At home the next day with more confidence in my ride, and still a little shocked tbh.Thanks Robert! You took a Lot of stress away with your honest and upfront nature.P.S. dude sent photo updates periodically, thats frign great customer service.

One thing a dealer should do is not waste your time with fast talk. felt that energy when i * did * call an tried to ask for a price for my husband. was told they need to see my app before they could price the dodge for me. lucky for us we had good enough credit and down payment to buy from the guys next door.

Bought a truck from them. Soon as it left the lot the nightmare started. On the way home my fuel line came off the inline filter they just put on. Got that fixed. Got home checked everything out and it seemed OK. A few minutes later went to see if it had fresh oil or old. Pulled the dipstick. Nothing.... Bone dry. Filled that. Next day went to Caldwell. Truck starts jerking and loses power. OK go back to the lot. It was a 0 2 sensor. OK they repaired that. Two days later my light comes back on. I go back. Truck needs new catalytic. 326 at their cost. We made a deal if they got them .I would install them. They said as soon as they come in they would call..........Still waiting..........Finally something happened to the point I could afford it any longer. I voluntary took the truck back. 10 days later .I hear they are going to take me to small claims. If I was you. I would stay far away from this lot

About a month after I took the car off the lot the car seized up. This is after they told me that the fuel filter was all that was wrong. I left it parked at the gas station on palisades corner for hem to pick up. If it hadnt been picked up that is their problem.

We purchased a car and have had nothing but issues now we are 2 grand in debt with a 29% interest rate on a car we are going to have to junk and the best part is we will be stuck making payments after putting another 3 grand into the car. To start off BART repossessed my car after being one day late on Christmas Eve! These guys are con artists. And then when I went to go get my belongings out of the car a bunch of my stuff was missing. They wanted $600 for a raggedy van every month. The check engine light came on right after I left in the side doors wouldn’t open what’s the point of a van with out side doors. And don’t get me started on Henry what a weirdo that guy is. Save yourself the hassle and the headache do not go to this place.

The epople were nice. Problem is I have had a vehicle for about 2 months now that I cant get registered cuz of a title issue. But then they want us to pay for the vehicle that I cant drive. I think thats a little messed up and if this dont work out I probably wont come back for a second vehicle or recommend anyone.

Bought many cars yhru this company thru the years. Many are lemons.

Shady good for nothing place. Sure theyll work with you in the beginning, but when stuff starts messing up on it (more than used cars should) they tell you there is nothing they can do. If they decide to even look at the issue they tell you they can fix it in two weeks but your car has to stay in their shop the whole two weeks. Thank god I didnt get another POS from them; save your time and breath go somewhere else

They are nice people but there cars are not in the best shape i just got a truck for them and it just blew up on me and now it on the side of the road by the freeway i say if want a car dont go to them go somewhere else

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very close family member bought a car at vista auto sales in Caldwell recently.Let me be nice a start out with theyre pretty shady after the buy. Nothing is there fault and the only way you can get help from them is if you are a HOT CHICK and that is disgusting & weird.When my friend couldnt afford to fix the car and pay for it every TWO weeks they came to where the car was located (**LOW JACK/ GPS***) . They DID trespass and did a repo without even notifying the property-owners & just took it.She called and asked about it same day they acted like they had no idea and said auditors put it out for repo and its not at there location .... PROPERTY-OWNERS DID HAVE CCTV and seen the short guy (who works there) and someone else loading it on a trailer.Kangaroo Auto Sales should be the name it fits better.point is: I understand people have to pay there bills, but if my disable friend was a looker Im sure you guys would of work with her huh ? I here stories, Caldwell is getting bigger yes but those who you screw over WILL talk ....

Mother inlaw was one week behind on her payment and they came and stole her car out of her drive way. Kind you she only received one phone call and she makes 2 paymnts a month and she is 71 yrs old when we called them they played like they didnt know if it was them but they took her paymnt.
