Completely RUDE! Stood at the ammo counter for about 20 minutes waiting to make a purchase, my Wife went to the front and had them paged, and STILL nobody showed up, so I walked behind the counter and grabbed a box of ammo. As I was walking to the front to pay for my ammo; the sporting goods Lady FINALLY showed up, got all red-faced mad and SCOLDED me like a mother to a child saying, Ya cant be just goin behind our counters and grabbin ammo! I told her I was standing there for a VERY long time and no one ever came to help me! She should have been apologizing for lack of assistance for a buying customer instead of sassing me. What has happened to customer service?!

The people were nice, no one offered to help but I was just wandering anyway. Ended up buying an awesome camp rocket stove cook stove which I used all weekend up camping. Price was great, store was clean, and they had a great variety of things to purchase.

Walked into the store to grab me some sandwich bread; walk out and I had to start duckiN, first time I ever said “fuck that bread” cool store tho left my bread 😒

The gal up at the front desk was so kind and helpful! Her name is Beverly. She helped me out with my battery that quit in 102 degree weather. Then sent me across the street to have Point 5 put it in for me at no charge. So grateful@

I like this store because they have most everything Walmart has but without the Walmart experience.- (anxiety, absence of cashiers, and an overall dismal-broke feeling when leaving). They have a great electronics section with knowledgeable friendly staff. Huge drugstore section, sporting goods, grocery and automotive. There is no freezer section so you cant get your ice cream there... But then again you dont have to hurry home after leaving in fear of things melting!I have been shopping there since last year and I have never been pressured into being a memberSo anyone is welcome.Edit! I was contacted by the folks at bi-mart and learned something new in regards to Frozen foods! Below is a key point from their response. Very helpful! Thank you!we do sell selected frozen foods in our Caldwell store; theyre stored in a standing freezer. It’s over on the other side of the check stand to the right as you are facing the front of the store from inside (in the store itself, not at the exit). We do indeed sell ice cream.

Their return policy sucks. Got a lawn mower it wouldnt start. After 3 days of trying. Took the gas out, because most places require it. They would not let me return it. Because i put gas in it. Last i knew gas is needed for a lawn mower to work.

We have stopped at this store in Caldwell, Idaho numerous times.Each time we encounter the older fellow in the sports/gun & ammo area?He is extremely unhelpful, like we are bothering him.I cant understand why a person like this, who obviously dislikes people or customers is kept in a position on a sales floor.Regardless how knowledgeable, or availability, length of employment?He needs to be put in the back room .I wasnt going to post anything, but it seems each time we come in and go into the area hes at,he ruins our visit.

Went to Bi-Mart was paying and there was this elder man behind me.He ask the cashier lady where the shoe shine was located in the store.The cashier lady didnt know so she turns around and ask the lady that was in the customer service area( as soon as you enter the store)That lady let the elder know what aisle it was.But after that man walks away she started to say I dont know why these old people come to the store when they are hard of hearing.I spoke up and told the cashier lady that the customer service lady was so RUDE & he had an excuse cause he was an elder person.This customer service lady was RUDE and very UNPROFESIONAL

The stores nice you can buy things there that you cant find anywhere else.

They had some nice plants and good prices. I wish they had a little larger selection. The place is kinda boggy so make sure you check plants for slugs and wear shoes that you dont mind getting a little wet when you visit.

Has a ton of different stuff. Ended up getting the shavings I needed here for my bunnies. Most the time customer service reps are really kind, the one bad experience I had Im pretty sure she was just having a rough day.

When the Caldwell store held its Grand Opening I wasnt impressed. Two years have now past. Today was my second visit and I loved it. There is a smooth flow through out. I was able to find every item I was looking for. The internet listed other sources for having an item (in stock) that doesnt or had no idea where it is located.Well done Caldwell, Idaho Bi-Mart.

I think we received the BEST customer service(especially during COVID)All the employees were nice....but Nathan at the Bi-Mart in Caldwell, went above and beyond in customer service..he helped us locate some things..then he helped with loading a HUGE tv. VERY FRIENDLY...there needs to be more people like him working in customer service these days!!

Great sporting good section for fishing equipment. Scored a nice Eagleclaw lightweight kokanee rod for an unbeatable price.

Has a good selection of Chalk paint, a little expensive but good selection of paint and supplies.

Even when they dont have exactly what Im looking for, I always find something I cant leave without...... beautiful towels, PERFECT color!!

This place is great! Twice now Ive found items here that were cheaper than even Wal-mart. One of the items was a pressure canner/cooker - $30 cheaper than Wal-Mart and Amazon! Bi-Mart has like everything you can think of to need or want.

Great prices! We discovered bi-mart years ago when we lived in sweet and shopped in Emmett. This new one is great allows us to is bi-mart without a big drive. Store is clean, staff is friendly. Garden department rocks!
