My installation was first thing Monday. They were prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. The job was perfect! I highly recommend them!

Weve had Top Rock work on quartz for us on three occasions (two bathroom remodels, 1 kitchen). Every time Im so impressed by the quality of their work, communication and clean-up. Weve never had any install issues (amazing attention to detail!) and they are always the nicest team. Thank you for being an excellent business to work with!

Would not recommend. Cut holes in sink so that faucet is unusable (did not measure with hardware on site). Manager is very rude and says its my fault. I approved the workers suggestion on where to drill. I didnt dictate where they had to go, he gave me options and I chose one. At no time did he say, oh, and you should know, your faucet wont fit here if we drill here. Manager is unwilling to take any responsibility. They also used the only piece in all the granite done for the island that has a factory fill in it. I dont understand why you would use that piece for island and not try to hide that along a back counter. I was never informed there was a fill. Also, sink cut out is off, but that is due to Rock Bottom not providing them the correct sink. In any case, their solution is to call me up and yell at me for all this. Terrible customer service with no interest in remedies. I would steer clear of this business and Im not sure why Rock Bottom contracts with them.

We bought our granite in Boise and this company is the one that was available to install right away, Im so glad it was, they did an amazing job cutting it the way I wanted. I had them do a jagged backsplash instead of straight across like usual and it turned out beautiful!! They were the nicest guys, punctual and friendly!! Got it done super fast we werent ready for them! 😊 Wouldnt use anyone else!!Thank you for such a beautiful cut counter and backsplash!!
