Hands down the best authentic ice cream shop around! The mongolado is the best thing I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been trying to go everyday to get one😂😅 my husband isn’t so happy about the hole I’m slowly making in my pockets tho but well just have to replace him or something lmfao but seriously tho this place makes me feel more at home like back in California where they have these everywhere. Wow! To start off, I’ve never seen so many different flavors and options for popsicles and ice cream! The staff was all friendly and busy making delicious concoctions for the long line of hungry customers. Once it was our turn, Rossalyn asked for our order and we had a special request to make a raspado how we used to have back home. She took our request and made a masterpiece! Even beyond our expectations! Thank you for satisfying our craving!!! We will def be going back to try something new!

Just took the family for some local Ice Cream and had the worst experience!! The employees were whispering about us and giving us dirty looks. It felt very hostile. Then after waiting for a very long time and multiple people behind us getting and paying for the same Mango drink we ordered, the girl finally came over with what we ordered and they were not blended like the other peoples but were frozen solid. I grew up in the South West and spent a lot of time in Mexico So I know we were only treated this way because we are White and it was blatantly obvious!

Worst customer service. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 small ice cream and a corn.Price 24.00$ ridiculous

The girls working there are horrible workers. They are rude and incredibly slow.

The employees give very bad customer service. I went with my family and we were the only ones taking. They didnt talk to us once. And I could even tell that they were taking about us secretly. But other than that the food is good

So yummy!!! And they were super nice. They had four different people checking on the cars in the drive thru to make sure everyone was helped. They even met us at the menu, since it was our first time, and explained everything. Prices are so reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Everything was good until we went up to pay, the girls were huddled up together whispering in each others ear in front of us & giving us dirty looks.

Waited in line through the drive in and there was a boy taking orders outside. He kept skipping people and only taking his friends orders we were in the front and we got our order taken as if we were at the very end of the line. I love coming here and everything is good but their window service is not recommended unless you want to wait for several hours.

I LOVE the food but the costumer service was awful! No greeting, no smiles, plus at the door it said we must wear face mask but a couple of the employees were NOT wearing one! And we have to wait there for about 40 min!!!

Really good I recommend everyone to try. Do you sell gallons of mangonada or in bulks

The products were good, I’d say a 6/10, however their management was 3/10, as they had a child about 10 years old or younger serving the orders whilst the adults were in the back on Facebook or something. There were 4 adults and 2 children present. 1 child was doing 90% of the work and the adults were in the back doing didly. Also they didn’t have a changing station for the children of the customers. Also you have to keep track of what you order because they will not do it.

Authentic Mexican handmade ~ homemade fruit popsicles, ice cream, and the big favorite ~ the Mangonada. (Google it if you dont know). Lots of choices ~ something for everyone. Family owned, local favorite place. Stop in after dining out!

Googled Ice Cream shop while we were in Caldwell....a place I visit.....Never. And I was left with a different opinion of Caldwell because of this place!!!!I see comments about how they lacked customer service.....have you tried simply asking a question?. They had amazing customer service and answered anything I had zero idea about. And the PRICE?!?!?!?! beyond reasonable unless of course you have a daily dessert diet. You order anything from franchises ie...Coldstone etc. You get a quarter of what you are served here and pay triple. I loved it and would travel to Caldwell for this place specifically!!

The ice cream is good but expensive. The lady that helped me barely put any effort into making my item asked and completely ignored what I said I wanted. She had a very lazy/floja attitude. If you go, its best to stick with something very simple so you wont be disappointed.

Delicious! If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to go. They have delicious traditional Mexican sweets. From paletas to natural fresh water, they have it all here. Try it! It wont disappoint!

Horrible experience AGAIN. Our shakes were pretty much just milk, took them 20 minutes to make them. Made one of them wrong and they didn’t fix it. Gave us a broken cup that was leaking everywhere. We told the girl about it she looked at the owner I’m guessing and the owner just stacked it into another cup and said here you go. To top it all off I saw them making other customers food/ice cream with out gloves and touching their hair. Will never go back.

This place is very authentic Mexican popsicle and treats. Having recently returned form living in Mexico for two years, it was everything I remembered.

This place is the perfect spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. The ice cream and popsicles are delicious and the Paletas de Agua are the best. We also love their drinks, they have a Agua de limon con chia seeds that is incredibly refreshing. You should definitely give this place a try.

Best ice cream in Idaho. They make everything! My favorite... Chocolate covered coconut popsicle covered in almonds.

Very expensive. I ordered fresas con crema. It was a cup with cut up strawberries and some lechera for the price of $6. The prices are not all displayed. They place was dirty, no customer service what so ever. The people working are teens, who dont pay attention or even care and small children working the cash machine. They had very loud music.Some items are very good but expect a long line, no customer service, bring lots of money and wipes to clean your own table.

Visiting family & my mom recommended this ice cream shop. They have great paletas all natural and the rest of the menu is pretty ok. But I had a weird experience, two gentlemen greeted us, one asked what we wanted took our order, and the other complimented my baby. The one who took our order asked how old I was, I proceeded to say 22 and hes like damb you already having babies so I gave him an awkward look and asked my mom if I should feel offended. So I made a joke to my mom sorry I missed the memo that said get pregnant at 16 but anyway we got our stuff and left

The ice cream is yummy different unique flavors and the typical Mexican snacks are delicious, 3 stars is because thier customer service could improve more they have gourmet prices but its a let down in my experience I have never been greeted just stared at until I order there is no instructionas to where to order or suggestions I like when facilities greet you with a smile and ask if you habe been therr and unstruct you as you go this place is lacking in that area. Once that improves I will change my rating.

I was very disappointed with the service here. Me and my friend had order two fruit cups and in both of the cups the fruit we had the fruit was very raw. You could tell the fruit had been sitting there for a while which is disgusting. I would not recommend this place for any fruit but their Ice cream is bomb

Authentic Mexican paletas, aguas and ice cream. If youve never had one before I highly recommend visiting. They have other fruit cups and tortas (sandwiches).

Bad experience in the quality of the products that my family sells and we want something rich and fresh but what was the disappointment? The fruit glasses that we buy are ugly they have the old fruit the watermelon save down to lose horrible The mango pieces had peel we had to throw them away .... The corn vases with almost no major or cheese ... horrible
