They were organized efficient and honest about the vehicles with opportunity to drive and inspect any vehicle of interest .the auction process occurs at a fast pace in an air of excitement and energy under an open atmosphere of individuals seeking that special vehicle under speculative challenge of the auction, For me its an event Id like to know more, I bought a wonderful car at a bargain price and will be there more in the future even if not buying, the workers and owners present country integrity and southern hospitality at its finest.

They seem nice till they can’t get you the title for the car you brought. They have to wait 30’days because the drive out tag goes bad but then they want you to wait longer but their policy says if they don’t have the title after 30 days then you can return car and get your money back. They don’t tell you that they try to charge you a restock fee even though it’s not your fault. Don’t fix the car till you have the title or it’s their gain and your lost.

I purchased 3 Vehicles 2/24/2021 an hour after I left The Financial Controller Juanita Mchann Ramirez who refers to her African American employees as (Colored) called & said they made a mistake I owed HER 600.00$ . I came in 2/26/2021 to pick up my vehicles & showed all my receipts to Juanita Mchann Ramirez & the General Manager Andy Flowers. Juanita still refused to process my titles if I didn’t pay her an extra 600.00. In front of everyone they argued that even though the receipts & documents prove I paid in full that I was a liar & owed them 600.00. After finally adding up the receipts General Manager Andy Flowers stated I didn’t owe them and my paperwork (titles) would be processed. Haughtily Juanita stated I wasn’t welcome to do business there anymore at the PUBLIC auction.I stated God Bless & walked out the door .While I waited on the tow truck to arrive she called the police & filed a Criminal Trespassing charge against me. Even after falsely accusing I owed them & calling the police making falsified statements they are still holding the titles to my cars.

The owner and people in the office are down to earth and very nice they will do anything to help you out. To me its a good feeling being apart of the auction because not many people treat you like they do here. Its refreshing and they support the people in our community.
