We visited yesterday “just looking” and I found a mattress I liked but wanted to shop around first before purchasing. After visiting a few other places We decided to return to The big mattress outlet because no one could beat the price for the quality and size of the mattress we purchased, but most importantly on our first visit we weren’t pushed toward products! We looked and then left without getting the “sales man” treatment, you know where they just keep talking and taking to sale you something?! The owner was very nice and not at all pushy! He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses that we asked about and didn’t over talk to confuse you. We returned today and purchased the mattress set we liked from the beginning but a lady was there instead of the gentleman we had first spoke too. She was very nice & polite and knew about what we had spoke to the gentleman the day before so the purchase was a breeze!! In and out in about 30 mins and we brought our new mattresses home same day! We will definitely return to the big mattress outlet for any future mattress needs.

What a difference! I usually rate buying a mattress up there with buying a car or visiting my lawyer, but wow is all I can really say.I went into the Big Mattress Outlet in Calhoun expecting to spend my life savings but I didnt. I had actually picked out the most expensive mattresses in the store but the owner showed me a mattress that would be better for my body type (I am a big boy). And since I purchased a less expense mattress I was also able to purchase an adjustable base. If yall have never tried or slept on an adjustable base before, it is an absolute game changer. Miss Kelly greeted me with a friendly voice and a happy attitude. Upon entering the store, again I was greeted with her amazing attitude.I knew I needed a bed, but I didnt know what I wanted. I really liked this place. It was quiet and cool which is a plus if you work in the heat and noise like I do. I also appreciated being taken to the type of matress I was looking for instead of a sales pitch on what all they have in stock. They also give you space when your trying out a mattress. I cannot stand when someone hovers while Im trying to make my decision. I ended up buying their firmest mattress. I would return again if I ever needed another one. The only thing I didnt like was there isnt a trial period or 30 day money back. Its hard to really judge a bed in just a few minutes and that part really makes nervous. They were upfront about that though which I appreciated

Great place! I bought my bed here a few years ago and it’s still in great condition! My favorite part though, is the pillows and sheets. I had a latex pillow and it’s just as great as the day I bought it! Also I’m a hit sleeper and highly recommend the bamboo sheets! They stay cool all night long helping me sleep better! And they are a great quality!

We went in on a Saturday to check out their selection while Kelly was working. My fiancé wanted to keep us within a lower budget and as soon as we mentioned as much she led us to a close out mattress they had that was leaps and bounds better than our current mattress for 50% off the original price! We decided to think on it over the weekend and decide if we wanted to pull the trigger.Monday morning I found myself at the store as soon as they opened. Joe was extremely personable and reached out to Kelly to make sure the items we were putting on layaway were the ones she had discussed with us. As soon as we could get a truck to pick up the mattress we brought it, our new topper, and a mattress protector home.I have been getting such good sleep and I am ecstatic over it! I cannot stress enough how important it is to try out your mattresses in person, no matter the great “deals” you can find online. If you need a mattress don’t hesitate to stop in here! Lovely people and affordable prices, but with ample options if you need a higher end mattress.
