Went here to buy a mattress extremely last minute. Caleb knew exactly how to help me and wasn’t a normal crazy pushy sales person. I was really impressed with the salesmen and how helpful they were not only lining up my exact needs to purchase, but also how they helped me load the box spring and frame I bought the next day. Unfortunately, the queen frame I purchased was about a forearms length short of the end of queen box spring I purchased with it. I sat on the edge of my bed (not fast or hard) to put my shoes on before leaving when I felt some give and heard a snap. The center cross rail of the frame fails to support the end of the box spring, so the end of the mattress basically works with the weight against the unsupported portion of the box spring to put a tremendous amount of pressure on it. There is no way to leave a voice mail for an associate at the store, so Ill be going in tomorrow to see if there is any hope of resolving this incompatible spring and frame issue...still really nice salesmen though...

Tadd is the Best customer service that ive dealt with. He helped us chose which bed was best for us. He knew what he was talking about and hooked us up with a new bed. He called around to different stores to keep us updated with what beds were available in store. So we got our bed the same day!

I have five children I need bunk beds and apparently they dont sell an actual bunk bed only the mattress for it Im sorry I believe wholeheartedly that if you are a mattress company then you should have the frames for the beds no offense Im not buying from a company that doesnt have what I need as far as sleeping arrangement I can understand sheets pillows but not to have bunk beds or childrens beds to go with the mattresses I mean it doesnt make sense anyway if you need them bunk bed dont go to them

Our experience with Mattress Firm on Tyndall Parkway in Panama City was fantastic. The lady who helped us in the store was friendly and helpful, without being pushy. When she told us the expected delivery date, she made sure to explain to us about supply and delivery issues that are going on everywhere and that they couldnt guarantee that date. The evening before the expected date however, we received a call and a text confirming that we would indeed be getting our mattress on time. The truck pulled in right on time. The delivery guys were clean, careful and courteous. We highly recommend using this Mattress Firm.
