Me & my semi truck parked here overnight behind the gas station & as always, no issues. No masks required for entry. Store seems to be pretty well stocked minus not having any fat free ranch dressing, which seems to be common more & more at Wal-Marts. Hours are 0700- 2300. Friendly staff. Overall good stop. Will come again for sure.

Zero privacy and disgusting restrooms!!!Restrooms by the registers are disgusting. Walls,stalls doors are very filthy, toilets seem like they have not been cleaned for days.Stall doors dont close properly which allows anyone standing outside the door to see you while sitting on the throne, wiping or pulling up your clothes.Again, Zero privacy!Other than that this store has friendly team.Some shelves are empty others are recently stacked.Fruit and vegetables were nicely stack.Store is clean and organized.I should probably give a 4 stars but the disgusting restrooms kills it because this business sells food products which makes it extremely important to have clean restrooms.There were two kids waiting leaning against the wall. No parent around.I asked them to let me wiped the toilet seat for them.Cmon!Repair the doors and have a cleaning crew check those stall more oftenI dare management to show they care about the customers. More so about the kids that just used the disgusting stalls.

Walmart need to do better! I just brought this dip 30 mins ago and it is way out of date...like 2 months out of date...this dip had expired 6/5/21....So they dont check date or pull out of dates. Ill make sure Ill check every date for now on because this is ridiculous!

Wish they had a few more drivable wheelchair carts.

This has always been my favorite Wal Mart, but lately it has been forever checking out. I understand the cashier shortage, the cashier lines are 10 deep right now. But the self checkout lines are 7-8 deep and it takes nothing for you to open all of those. Please place a little more value on your patrons time. Noone wants to spend 40 minutes of their weekend in line. I cant help but feel this should be an easy fix.

Wal-Mart pick-up is what weve used for the most part lately. The people are helpful and friendly. You save money by making your list online instead of going in and buying more than youd intended. You get to choose from their list of days and time slots for picking up your groceries, so its fast and convenient. If you need to start a return, its easily done through the phone app or on the computer. Will continue to use. 💻🖥📱

If you want cute swimsuits, clothing, and especially shoes, find another Walmart. This store might have two separate work pants to choose from in the womens section. Youre better off making the drive to 23rd street Walmart.

Clean and well maintained. You can definitely tell when employees take pride in their work. Its ashame that last couple decades with todays generation lost that bit of teaching, instruction, and enthusiasm at home as well as at schools.

The staff was really great this last visit, not sure if they got a new store manager but a marked improvement from last review.

How many of you like Chile? Most. How many of you have never tried Wendys Chile? Its hands down the best Chili out there. With saltines and a pepper sauce that had to come from heaven, its as good as it gets.This particular Wendys is on North Tyndall Parkway in Callaway, FL. If close by, and a you want a solid meal, for $4, I highly recommend it. And the girls inside are all happy!!

I am in this super Walmart at least every two weeks. Today I saw quite a lot of empty shelves. I dont know whats going on there but I hope it improves! This super Walmart has an auto center which has reasonably good prices, but I would advise you watch the mechanic when you get an oil change. I had paid for high mileage oil and I stood there and witnessed that particular man put regular standard oil in my vehicle despite the fact that I had paid an upcharge for the high mileage variety.

I like everything in one place but service is slipping rapidly from bad to worse no working there knows anything about the store web site inventory never matches the store unless you that day better to order online or from Amazon. Its a shame but I believe Wal-Mart is the new Kmart just a matter of time

All throughout this store I found the shelves unorganized, the workers short staffed and hard to find in each section and they were out of many of the products that were supposed to be in stock.You can not use self checkout if paying with cash. Apparently this Walmart feels limited self checkout isnt enough of an inconvenience so they only have 3 or 4 (at the most normally fewer) cashiers working the cash paying checkout lines during peak shopping hours. The cashiers are over worked and as a result some are grumpy if not down right rude. Overall I would have to say I found my shopping experience to be extremely unpleasant and very stressful. I would definitely recommend driving a little further to another Wal-Mart to avoid the crowds, chaos and long lines.

Once again 3 lanes open with 6-8 people in line with full buggies.😠 20 plus minutes to get checked out..Of course...all of self checkout is open....with the prices continuously going up why do I want to self check out...Walmart isnt paying me...maybe Walmart needs to give a 20% discount on self checkout. Walmart needs to pull associates off the floor when there are that many in line. ...I seen plenty of associates walking around that could help.

Dont scan items and believe the app. Price its different at check out and theyll not owner the scanned price.. and rude

I am a regular shopper at Walmart. Usually happy with everything but today it appeared they were out of many products, I mean out, empty shelves. Nothing we cant do without but coming from out of town we like to stock up with one trip s week. But today they were OUT of things. Service was great, I appreciate a lady who opened her register. Just will have to come again or go elsewhere.

Fast service at checkout. Clean and organized shopping experience. Restrooms are clean and handicap accessible. On the grocery side, the deli and bakery are top notch with many options to choose from. I have never been grocery shopping and they not have what I’m looking for. All in all a really nice Walmart with a helpful and courteous staff. This location is fairly new.

This store DOESNT CARE about their handicaps Customers!!! WHY, you say? Theyve ONLY have 2 of the battery operated carts for customers to use.Yes, Ive called Corp. They oh Im sorry Ill pass it on to higher management. ( I think its the store manager) PERSONALLY I WANT something DONE!!!!!! The Pharmacy is one of a kind the people that work there are top of the line I went in there the other day and was short a little cash and instead of not getting my medicine one of the people that work there his name is t u a n paid for what I was short out of his own pocket I cant thank him enough Im glad there is still people in this world that still care and still believe an helping others thank you again youre one of a kind

Walmart is getting awful they never have enough disability carts its not disability friendly. You have to wait forever to get a cart then the lines are ridiculously long and the wait through the lines are ridiculous the no cash at the self check out is crazy it backs up the lines I am taking my money out of Walmart

Absolutely a mess at this store … I’ve been trying to get a manager on the phone for weeks. I honestly don’t think a store could be more poorly operated.

My son is deaf and the power tool girl got her phone out and started talking to him through the notes app after he signaled to her that he cant hear. She went back and forth with him for an hour helping him. Most pople just walk away after realizing theres a communication issue. Excellent customer service.

Oh lawd. Please tell me why it is when you go to have a used / new tire put on at one of these little small shops, takes maybe 10min, but here at Walmart (still sitting here since 8:45 its 9:43am ) taking them an hour? Smh I would understand if they were busy but we are the only ones out there.

For one when u work for them its a lot different and its one of the worse place to be. U can never get them to answer the phone when u need to talk to anyone. Your co workers r great but ppl answering the phone when u r trying to reach like human resource and even just to talk to a manager is the worse experience. . Just wanted to know what my next day to say to come into work wld nice to know and to let them know your doing better and y can come back to work .. I love the job I really do. At first I didnt think I wld but then once I got out there with the person that was training me I actually told myself this isnt a bad job. .

I had to pick up some fishing supplies and a few new poles for my nephew and nieces. I also had to get a fishing license for my niece. Frank in Sporting Goods was awesome. He is knowledgeable and kind. He knows his outdoor knowledge.

Im disabled and couldnt find a scooter to help me to get around,and lines was backed up at the cashiers because they wasnt enough working .Couldnt find nothing I needed off the shelves. Absolutely no where to set and I cant stand long at a time

The store was very very packed.. the automated check out kept on double charging me for items. And on many occasions it said that I didnt pay for items that I had scanned... By the time I was finished scanning my items,. I was physically, EMOTIONALLY and sprritually exhausted...and very short tempered... That poor girl that was working and overseeing all of the self check out. By herself may I add... Definitely had her hands full. And did a fantastic job. Considering she was doing the job of 5 or more people by herself...may I suggest a few more cashiers cashing out the customers instead of us having to do it by ourselves..... Or a few other people working in the self checkout area, to help...

Very sad went thru the garden depart three people back there, two elderly ladies guard the back door and yellow vest in garden no one has keys to a register that was marked open and the other closed, being disabled with a bad back having 3 back surgerys I was told I had to go to the front of the store to check out because there was three people standing there doing nothing and refused to serve me or call a manager, then when I when to the front and called a manger because the two ladies in the back refused, the store manager said yes thats there policy to have someone guard doors if any supervisor wants to see the video I can show them after I grabbed my phone when I was able too told the woman I was recoding ran to the back door. It was comical . Tyndall park way store needs better management. Why would you put elderly people at door prevention an not give 1 of the three people back their a code, while the other person is on break . Just to make a disabled person an every other person have to walk to the other side of the store of some one had simply put a closed sign right by where both girls where standing to begin with. Smh. Walmart customer service is as bad as our fast food industry. There is even a loss prevention meme going around insta gram take what you want Walmart greeters cant keep up. Smh what a joke.

Was turned away from electronics checkout and self checkout because I had cash, I called they said something about trying something new, going cashless. This is not the employees fault it is higher up so I feel bad for the workers but this is wrong.

Not a good store. Nobody knows whats going on, everybody you ask for help tells you to ask someone else. Pull up to carside pickup but the app doesnt work so I call the number on the sign and it goes straight to a voicemail. Had no choice but to go inside then stand in the pickup area for about 45 mins because everyone I asked didnt know what to do or told me to ask someone else who also didnt know. Finally in the end someone asked me if I needed help for the 4th time and I got what I ordered. Wont ever use Callaway Walmart again. Thats one of the reason I dont shop at walmart. Bad customer service.

Absolutely the worst Walmart in Bay County. The employee are rude as hell and would rather act like they dont have time to help you, 1 maybe 2 cashier open and ALL self checkouts do not accept cash....well not everyone has plastic. I would give this store 0 stars if possible. I would avoid this Walmart at all costs.

Asked 3 employees to help me find crystal light drink mix and none of them knew what I was talking about let alone knew where it was located.

Never sign up for the Walmart plus app they cancel your order the last minute then they say they dont have half of the stuff that they do have if you go inside the store and go look youll they have it good thing I took the trial membership first before I paid the money.. smh

Never did care for Walmart too many people weighed in too long of lines to get out of the check out and who the heck wants to check your own groceries when you got a whole cart full not a good place to shop at all!

This location regularly has deals at the exit of the outdoor section. I have found some great grilling stuff right there at the back door.Anytime I go to Wal-Marte I always check for returns for sale around the back entrance. Here at Callaway, there is a st of shelves that usually hold something worth getting.

Like most Walmarts employees working hard to stock shelves. Found most everything we needed. But only 5 lines were open to pay.

The shelves are pretty well stocked not like some places I like the variety of brands I can choose from I like to try different things I like that they try to keep it clean

I go to Lynn Haven Walmart several times a week. Some Employees are awesome & very kind & helpful & others dont want to help u if its 20 minutes till close. I understand wanting to get home from work however if ur open till a certain time then u should help customers up to closing.

I went to the Callaway location and they were out of alot of things. There use to be really cute, unique tank tops too and they had none like my sisters gotten from there. It was a little frustrating because I was finally able to go since my vet is close by and there werent any cool tank tops. Of the tops they had, there were none in my size anywhere. They need to stock up!

I hate Walmart in general. The door greater refused to let me leave without going through a register. I was with my son and had to go back out to the car and he wouldnt let me go back through the gate and sent me through the register bypassing the gate thingy. It made no since.

What can I say? Walmart is a large place to shop at. But, please do not forget the small company. They need our support more than this place. Happy shopping

WalMart is quit carrying the feminine products I use. They are quitting a lot of necessities. I can get my products at the Piggly Wiggly in Port St Joe and CVD. Who needs Walmart anymore. They sure dont wany business.

This walmart is always out of everything. Also they have messed up my online order both times Ive used the online grocery. Substituting new born clothes for 24month baby clothes and giving me the wrong size blinds. Which u have to go inside for them to fix it. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering online...dont cha think.

This was my first experience in the Callaway store.I do have to say that store was nice and clean.But the shelves just were not stocked or just was nothing on the shelves. I dont know if thats because everybody shops there and they cant keep the shelves stocked fast enough, or if it means that they dont have enough help, or the worst one their help just isnt good enough.I had to ask for two different items as in where they were at the first person was very helpful very helpful smiles the whole works. The second person not so much told me which way to go because I interrupted her conversation with a customer they were talking about boyfriends. well those of you that follow me in my reviews know that I dont hold back punches. If you deserve a good review you get a good review if you dont you dont. So truthfully the Callaway Walmart Im only going to have to give three stars.Nice clean store that shells just were not stocked and in my case half the employees were very rude.

Understaffed and slow very few cashiers, Sam Walton is rolling in his grave to watch what his children are doing to the business modelb he worked so hard for.

I recommend going to 23rd street. The self checkout never accepts cash.
