We used the drive through this morning and experienced the best customer service from a young lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) working the window. She was bright, courteous and efficient. She told us she recently relocated from Oahu Hawaii and was so upbeat she instantly cheered us up. My daughter kept talking about how nice she was far after we had left. Never had such a pleasant experience in a drive through before. Wish I had her name so she could be properly recognized

I do a lot of Uber Eats pick up here and everyone is so friendly and very hard workers. Thank you all

Not enough seating and staff was rude and unhelpful. Sad cause other Starbucks havent been like this one in Panama City Florida.

The service is amazing. But the coffee is so terrible. I thought it was maybe just the first few times I went there but it’s always bad. I pay for a $6 coffee and end up not even drinking it because it’s so bad.

Got a coffee here this week on my way to work and the service was incredible. Also, very kind staff and AMAZING coffee!! My order was ready in about 2 minutes! Now thats fast! Thanks!

The food/drinks are mostly consistent, but Ive had a few issues over the years with drinks made wrong or food that is not heated throughout.Update: 12:20 on a Wednesday I tried to place a mobile order here. The app told me they were not taking these, but I could still pick up in store. When I arrived at the store I watched them escort someone out the front door, and lock the door before I could come inside. I couldnt get anyone to come to the door even though the sign said they were serving customers. I tried to drive through and they told me they were closed. Im not sure if this is a weather or staffing problem, but that is pretty frustrating.

I love these sip lids, they are great. The honey almondmilk cold brew was really tasty, definitely recommend.

This location is pretty good. I Always do mobile orders, and pick up at the drive thru. Friendly and fast . never along wait. But it is getting busier

Edit: the last few times Ive gotten my coffee it has been dark again toasty again. Theyre back to getting it right.Consistently weak coffee. I only order just plain dark roast coffee and lately its been weak and this 3 dollar coffee tastes like the Folgers stuff I can get at work for free. Even adding extra shots doesnt seem to help it stay dark. I would avoid this one until they learn to brew regular coffee.

No signs stating they cant break a $50.00. My daughter comes back out to the vehicle to get a smaller bill, and now she has to get at the end of the line. Lol I never have liked this business but my daughters do. Manager admitted they dont have any signs saying they cant take a certain bill. Theres about 15 cars in the drive through. I sure there could be change after 2 cars. Lol. I literally dont understand why we have $50s and up. Very disappointed

Honestly who can enjoy overpriced coffee when they have been subjugated to the poorest landscaping maintenance in bay county. The bushes and grass hasnt been tended to since before hurricane Michael.

The flavors of the drinks are inconsistant and the whipped cream smells rotten every time.

Drive-thru experience could be better - the line normally takes forever. Drinks are slightly melted. Hot drinks never have the toppers or plugs and they never provide napkins.

We are from Alabama & are staying here temporarily. Every time we come to this Starbucks the drive through takes a extremely long time to get through, the drinks are melted like they are pre made, or if you do a online order you’re in the drive through line so long your iced or frozen drink has melted by the time you get it. Not satisfied with this location.

Cappuccinos turn out like lattes majority of the time. If I wanted all steamed milk vs equal parts of steamed milk and foam/froth I would have ordered the latte. Its mostly made by one person but Im nice and will not name names. Please teach all the newer employees how to properly make a cappuccino. I have the person remake it and it still turns out to be a latte so I go to the 23rd st store and ask them to fix it.

I guess light ice to them means put as much as you possibly can inside the cup. Every single time.

They make great drinks even if you have a special order-extra this add that etc. they are always friendly and fast. Sometimes I go out if my way just to go to this location instead of Lynn Haven on hwy 77 (not mall location). Their food is always great, hot, and fresh tasting.

I love this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful, even when it is busy, which is frequently/always. It is tough to keep a cheerful attitude in the midst of chaos in a retail/food service setting, but these folks do a great job.

Excellent experience every time. Doesnt matter how long the line is, you never have a long wait. Always a smile and friendly service.

The entire order did not come at the same time. When I asked where the rest of the order was 5 minutes later I was told that it was coming. They had put it at the drive thru window. I asked for light ice and they filled the cup half way up with ice. The service was not good but the drink was. Blessings!

In all my years of visiting hundreds of Starbucks, this is the only one that I have experienced poor standards and poor service.I came here to work for a few days while in the area and the garbage is overflowing, they run out of sugar (really?) their is no music however the workers sing (and thats all Ill say about that)And to top it off, they work so slow and take so so long to even recognize someone at the counter.On a hopeful note. I see that one of the employees was really aware and trying to keep the business flowing with a smile as best she could.

I love Starbucks I really do! I went here on Monday morning so so tired and I needed a big coffee, the facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was frustrated because it was so busy. However, most of them were very friendly besides one lady so seemed upset that I had a $100 and told me she couldnt change it??Really?

My husband was called rude by a serve after we had waited for 30 min. for a house coffee. After all the customer that came in after him had been server their special coffees, not a house coffee, and left.He asked about his house coffee and she proceed to get onto the young man that had just clocked in that didnt even take his order of house coffee, then turned to my husband and told him he was RUDE for asking for his coffee or his money back. This is so embarrassing, to be talked to by an employee after he had stood there for a good long time just for a house coffee..You do not have the right to talk to anybody that way especially to do it to be embarrassing them after they had paid and not received the order.

The customer service at this location is horrible and they are incredibly slow! After waiting 13 minutes to get my 2 mochas I finally just asked for my money back instead of waiting any longer because I had to go to work. The manager didnt even apologize for the wait all she said was they were working on mobile orders so I replied well Im here now so I should take priority!I will not be going back to this location. I will drive an additional 20 minutes to go to the other Starbucks!

Did the Veterans free coffee on Veterans Day but ol boy at the drive thru was pretty rude. Could not tell if its because I was a vet or just the standard.

I mobile ordered and it took my order and money but when I went to pick it up the store was closed early with no warning! The lights were on and an employee was inside but she saw me at the door and looked away. Even when I went through the drive thru. That was really disappointing... food and drinks are fine though.

So there is a couple of ladies that work here but my one favorite one she always ask my boyfriend how are dog is she is so sweet and remembers are orders 😍 we are regular customers

Usually Starbucks is great love the product. Customer service is lacking. Went there tonight to get a couple coffees it was 9:02 pm central time sat at the drive thru menu waiting to place our order. No one responded to take our order so we looked on the web site it states dont close til 10 pm. So pulled up to the window can see the workers in there working . The girl turned and looked at us smiled and just ignored us. So if they were closed they could have at least acknowledged us and came to the window and said Im sorry were closed. I would hope starbucks doesnt condone this type of customer service. I guess its the millennial generation working today. They apparently werent taught manors and courtesy. Starbucks needs to update their website with correct hours of operations.
