Been a loyal customer for about five years now. Arguably one of the best places I’ve been able to visit. I’ve lived in Panama City for about 5 years now with my fiancé, soon to be wife. When we first moved down here I didn’t think to get a mower, but since our dog has an allergic reaction to most grass it was important to keep the grass cut. After explaining the situation to Michael he not only let us borrow a lawn mower but later down the road let me buy it, delivered it and routinely does checkups.

The company is family owned and operated. The staff is courteous and very good at what they do. I wont take my equipment anywhere else. Reasonable pricing to boot. 5 stars

I really hate this because we have used Mr. Moates for years and my wife has known them for 20+ years. We took a two year old zero turn mower to him for blades and annual service, as we do every year. Long story short, either Mr. Moates and his staff made a mistake and didnt complete the work he charged me for, or he is a crook. I wanted to believe that the guy that performed the work made a mistake, but after I caught Mr. Moates in several lies, he became aggressive and started to blame me for the situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOWER TO HIM!! As the owner of a local business, I try to support locally owned businesses, unfortunately many of them continue to prove why this country has lost its way...

Repaired cub cadet self propelled mower

Took them 51 days to get around to fixing my lawnmower. I could have bought a new lawnmower for what it cost me. Hasnt run right since I got it back, I spend more time trying to get it to go than actually using it. Will have to buy a new lawn mower next year. Will never use them again.

They are a rip off bought a mower from them and it broke down within a week. Took it back to get repaired, claimed he fixed it week later broke down again leaking oil. Took it to another mechanic they said that they have multiple mowers from this business that theyre working on and they are non repairable. went to moates and they refuse to rectify the situation will not fix the mower or refund our money. will never be back to this place again and i highley recommend that no-one comes here. Will be contacting BBB

They will rip you off 100% you try to go to small business to support our locals and they turn around and screw you over. Your machine will be returned worse than when you brought it in.

Took JD to Moats, not running. So called “Repaired”. He Changed the oil for us. Brought it home, Moats never/forgot to put new oil in, the motor locked up immediately. Took it back. He was suppose to put a new motor in it. He didn’t. Put a used motor. Brought it home. Still won’t run. Burns oil when you try to start it. He won’t stand behind his work. Will never do business with him again. Will never recommend his services. Calling BBB
