Car buying experience was terrific. Salesperson was pleasant to deal with and very professional. Deal was quick and easy. Vehicle has been solid so far. Took the vehicle in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Quick service, updated system software and also performed a recall that just came out. Couldnt ask for a more courteous service manager and dealership. Highly recommend them based on my experiences so far.

Just brought my dad’s Cadillac Truck Escalade in for service. 2 warning lights are on the dash, Tire Monitor and Seat Airbag. I was told that the cost to look at each issue is over $204 a piece! I asked the service advisor would the money be used to fix? He said “no”. That’s $408 without using a tool except computer! The advisor said these changes came down from corporate! I feel robbed by an American Company! They ask us to support American Companies and this is what we get! I want my elderly parents to be safe so I will have them fix it. Update: Martin Lewter worked with me on noted issues. He was understanding, he managed complaint well. I appreciate his diligence on the matter. Corporate still gets a 1 star but overall I changed to 3 stars as an average to gain attention to the overall problem for others.

Brought my CT5 in for an oil change, service was great, even gave me a complimentary wash. Although - Went in to look for a Cadillac CT4 to downsize because the CT5 is more than I need, they didn’t have any inventory…Sales staff, managers that explained everything to me was no short of exceptional, explained to me what’s going on with the chips, guess I’ll have to wait for my CT4!

I wish I could give a half of a star. Car sat there for 4 days for an oil change. Called in on the fourth day only to be told they were running behind. I was also charged 200$ for a diagnostic test and was not given a heads up or warning about the 200$ charge. Completely horrible customer service. Not to mention I had money I accidentally left inside of my vehicles storage compartment that is now gone. They have a thief working there as well. Keep the money, you must have really needed it I guess. God bless the individuals who are forced to go there.

Great customer service! I purchased a Cadillac XT6 from Napleton and I am highly satisfied. The entire staff at Napleton go above and beyond to make their customers comfortable, they are all friendly and very pleasant. Mike James was my salesmen, he explained every detail of the car to ensure that I was knowledgeable of every feature prior to leaving the dealership. Had an appointment for an oil change at 130pm brought it in at 120pm it is now 235pm and my truck is still sitting in the same spot untouched I asked if they forgot about it and Mike said no hes been busy on the phone, guess Im not a valued customer today. My first experience here was fantastic wich is why I chose to come back, wish I had the name of who helped me the first time because Ill book my appointments on the day he works to ensure Im not waiting an hour for an oil change past my scheduled appointment.... now 235pm another car pulled in 10 mins ago for service and they took his right away, still see my truck sitting there waiting..... Finally pulled in at 2:45 pm complete at 330pm and charged 35 dollars more then last time because apparently the first time they gave me a members coupon for 35 off the first time and it doesnt apply this time around, not even sorry bout the 2 hour and 10 min wait

Sad that u can’t even do to the dealership without them being dishonest! I took my Escalade there to get a full inspection because I had a mechanic I felt was being dishonest with me. When I picked my truck up Timothy Bales explained to me that I had a serious electrical problem so they couldn’t read all the codes & they checked all the fuses they were good & it would cost me between $300-$500 to even get past that... The main reason I brought it in was because of issues with the ac but because of the electrical problem they couldn’t tell me anything about that. Once I left there I was extremely saddened because he told me my best bet was to just get rid of the truck it’s over $10000 worth of damages so I called my regular mechanic. He told me he disagreed & told me to bring it in. Once I got to him he discovered that I did in fact have a bad fuse & not an extremely bad electrical problem like Timothy stated & once he changed it he was able to read the codes. 8:30 the following morning I return to Cadillac explaining how my whole purpose of coming to them was because other mechanic were being dishonest & I was thinking that it was b different there & expressed I wanted my money back. Timothy had me wait for the guy that was over him which I can’t remember his name whom told me that he trusted that his mechanic did what he said he did & the fuse could have blown once I left there less than 24 hours ago & that he wasn’t even gonna refund have of my money..... While I was waiting the other man whom worked there was telling me how nice of I guy he was but I guess that didn’t apply to me since I’m young black lady & it was obvious in the way he was talking to me. But I guess I should have known better than to think that I would be respected & treated fairly when none of them looked like me. It’s extremely sad how dishonest mechanics are especially to women Smh o I almost forgot the part when I picked the truck up & he said he couldn’t read it I expressed to him how I had been failing the emissions test which was also another reason I brought it in Timothy said more than once that I should go to the dmv & show them all the repairs & tell them how I’m a single parent & can’t afford to make them & they should give me a waiver. Now keep in mind I’ve never met this man before today who even said I had kids let alone a single parent but I guess since I was a young black lady there alone of course I’m a single parent... Just sad

Had a timing change done in 2019. I was told I had a brand new engine, a $3000 job, and a 1 1/2 later my car needs another timing change. Called to see what happened and why it’s messing up so soon if I had a brand new engine, and because my parts were only good for a year, they could not help me. Please don’t bring your car for service, they will rip you off.

The worst, most ignorant customer service I have ever dealt with. They do not return nor answer phone calls and when they do decide to answer they are very rude. My car had a recall on the supercharger and it caused my motor to blow up, they told me it wasn’t a recall and tried saying nothing will get fixed for free when I did my research and found there was a recall. No notice was ever sent out to the original owner of the car nor me. The car was sent to napleton Cadillac for insurance repairs due to an accident. My car has now been there for 2 weeks, insurance already paid them out and they haven’t even touched it. A simple rim and tire and alignment and they haven’t touched it. I am not pleased at all and I will not refer this “place of business” to anyone at all.

I took my car to get checked out at this service shop, I was leaking air from TWO tires. They failed to call me about my car until I called them and even after I did they gave me the run-around, there was always a reason they couldnt tell me what was going on with my car. They will give you excuse after excuse to get you off the phone and still wont follow up when they are supposed too. It took more the eight phone calls and two visits to finally get information on my car almost TWO WEEKS later! Turns out I had a nail in one and the other THREE needed new stems and tpm sensers, so they said. They kept saying it was over $500 to fix I finally got fed up and just picked up my car, took it to tire discount and got it fix for $15 and in under an hour. They lost my trust and business.

We didnt plan on driving way in a new Caddy when we started our day BUT Chris and Brion made us such a wonderful deal on our 2017 XT5 Premium Luxury FWD Cadillac that we could NOT say no! Chris was so informative and helpful. He gave us several options for our budget and allowed us to enjoy a no pressure test drive so we could freely discuss how we felt about the vehicle. Once we decided on this one, Brion worked out a great deal so we could drive away in our first new car! I highly recommend talking with these gentlemen if you are in search of an informative, hassle free, professional and most importantly, friendly car buying experience.

When I purchased my Cadillac Wagon 3 years ago I was given 2 sets of keys. One of the sets had a key pad that would not work, so l used the other set. This Monday, October I tried to use the other set and it would not open the door. I spoke to John Tyler about another key. He was extremely rude and raised his voice at me. He said I would have to pay cost for a correct key. Is this how Riveroaks Cadillac treats its Senior Citizens, or anyone. He talked to me as if I were a child.

I took my Cadillac srx in for service to replace my cue and I have never felt more insulted. Bob was the representative that took care of me and as he was professional there were too many unprofessional things that took place. I made it clear that I would need a loaner car as I work daily and dont have anyone to run me back and forth from work and the dealership. He hesitated as if this was an unusual request and let me know that he would call me back with an answer. An answer? The Cadillac in Orland Park and in Indiana would have given me a loaner with no question. Nonetheless, he called back and said they could accommodate me. I asked for the earliest time I could bring in my vehicle as I work early and he said they open at 8. I arrive at Napleton ten minutes to 8 only to find that they actually open at 7am!! I went in and asked Bob about why he would tell me to come at 8 when they open at 7! He said well the guys dont actually get here until 730/8 What would it matter what time they came in if I was simply swapping my car for the loaner? Simply start work on my vehicle when they get in but allow me to drop my car off so I CAN GET TO WORK. He continues to let me know the details and says that they guy was pulling the loaner around. I walk outside to an almost 13 year old vehicle that I felt extremely unsafe in and it wasnt a Cadillac to make matters worse!! The driver then ask me if I have an additional ten minutes to wait as the car didnt have enough gas in it. I was beyond pissed! This was a joke and the only reason I rated it 1 star is because I had to. This wouldve never happened at the Orland or Indiana dealer and its unfair to be treated like this based on the demographic of where its located. I will never return here for service.So even after the response on here for me to call the gm as he wanted to look into my situation further, I called and left a voicemail weeks ago to no avail. He’s never called back and again I will take my business elsewhere.

I went in two weeks ago because the air conditioning on my 2015 escalade was not working so the service department told me that the ac condenser needed to be replaced and it is covered by cadillac and the part should arrive in a week now its week two and I call and ask what is going on with the part I was then told that they can not locate the part and you have to remember we have been having 90 degree weather here and Im driving to work with no ac and now there is no time frame of when they will locate my part which is ridiculous

We have been bringing the car in for numerous problems both when under the factory warranty and now the extended warranty. These problems are real but because the computer does not give a code the service can not fix the problems. We have never in all the years of buying new cars had such poor and unreliable service. We thought that Cadillac was top of the line, we found out we were wrong. Why would we recommend this dealership to anyone we know?

One of the worst experiences I have had at a dealership. I called asking if a vehicle was available and for sale. I spoke to someone that advised it was still available. I told the associate I was driving over an hour and if it sold to please call me. I arrive at the dealership, only to be told it was sold the previous day. I drove 120 miles round trip and about 2.5 hour of driving for nothing. Only offer to make things right was a $500 a month lease offer for 39 months. No thank you. I would have accepted a gift card for gas. Dont do business with this dealership.

I currently have my car being serviced at this dealership and it has been 20+ days without any word from Cadillac. I called today and was told the part needed was still not in. Ive always owned Cadillacs and have never received such terrible service. Waiting 20 days for a loner car is absurd let alone any information about my car being taken care of. If you can help it find another dealership to go to because this one appears to not care much about customer service.

I am not happy that I have to give them one star. I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership because they told me over the phone the payment would be in the 300 range. When I got to the dealership I was told it was going to be closer to $800 on a $22,000 car. Had I decided to take this deal I would have been paying $47,000 on a $22,000 car. This is $27,000 interest! I mention to the salesman that the interest was 27000 and thats crazy, he started to get an attitude with me.He had someone else come over, to tell me my credit was terrible.He told me that my credit score was 500 when it was 650. Its crazy to think that people would actually fall for this just because they like a car. They dont care about people to grossly rip them off like this. The bathroom look like it hasnt been clean in months covered in toilet paper all over the floor. Toilet and seat was covered in urine stains. The sink was so dirty i didnt want to touch anything. They can care less about their customers.

This is going to be a long review as I want to touch all the amazing things Mike did for me and my husband. We drove to this dealership 3 hours for the specific SUV I wanted. When we arrived, the car was backed in, gased up, spotless and ready to go at the front of the dealership. My husband ended up finding a sedan he liked, Ken the manager quickly got us a payment since he knew we had to drive 3 hours home. We ended up buying it that day as well. Ken arranged to have the car we drove up in delivered to us at no cost to us so my husband and I could both drive our new cars home. I forgot I had left my IPad in my old car that was being transported the next day, called Ken to make sure my car was locked and instead of just making sure it was locked, he put my IPad in the store’s safe. Chris Baxter explained the car to me and all the features. He was great too. All around this dealership exceeded my expectations of buying a luxury car.

Would never buy a car from a dealer like this again, I found a car I want on car curious listed with all the details I was looking for ATS 2015 one of this listing details it has an aluminum wheels. Went there same day and make a deal with them, they dilever the car to my house in the following day cause I don’t have a driver with me, I noticed immediately that the rims were not an aluminum rims, instead it was a painted aluminum rims and all paint was making bubbles at all of the rims, I did call the dealer and spoke with the manager, he said bring it in we will take care of it, I took the car in the following day, he said I told you I’ll look at it not take care of it, i said to him you said you will take care of it and the car was advertised as an aluminum rims, he got mad and said he doesn’t want to talk to me no more, then he came back and offered me to repaint the rims that all he can do and he can do it in the following week, following week I did call they said they will do it in the next week when they have more than one car to do, till this time no one call and about 2 months pass, now when I call I got no answer manager not there nor the saleman, I did check with another Cadillac dealer they said to me this dealer sould be liable for what they advertise, the car is still under manufacture warranty. be careful when you deal with them
