Theyve got alot of stuff for Party decorations, Candys, Balloons and more. There workers are willing to help to find whatever you wanted and give the best suggestions.

I ordered balloons for a birthday celebration and when I went to pick them up they were ready and I had a minimal wait. Staff was friendly and courteous.

July 3rd my online balloon order was ready on time early but when leaving out one of the staff accused me of stealing the balloons I paid for. Like why would I steal someone’s BABY REVEAL balloons. I could see if I was approached while in the store to see if I needed help. I heard the staff behind the counter call out to her associate “Alicia” or a name that sounds like that and again instead of asking if I needed help, Alicia waited until I was out of the store and nearly across the parking lot to scream out “HEY ARE THOSE YOUR BALLOONS!!!” I was embarrassed to say the lease. Oh did I mention she did this in front of my 8yr old son. I just can’t believe I was treated this way.

THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, IVE HAD SOMEONE IN MY FAMILY WORK THERE AND THEY WERE IN COMPLETE AGONY BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER BEING RUDE AND IGNORANT TOWARDS THEM! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went today to buy 2 balloons.One number 9 and one number 3.I was told it was a four hour wait for blown up ballons. WHY?????????? MAKES NO SENSE.. The girl said it was because they had a lot of orders to fill.But Im here now, you cant blow up 2 ballon now, makes no sense. Dumb dumb dumb. Will not come back to this location. SAD

Poor customer service. I called and asked about the wait time for delivery and was told that it was an hour wait. It took me 15 minutes to drive there and then I was told theres a 3 hour wait. The lady told me that I didnt ask about delivery so now Im a liar. I will not do business with this location again.

I ordered balloons last week for a balloon release for my deceased father. I had a medical emergency the night before and couldnt pick up the balloons!! The policy days I have 7 days to pick them up. Go to pick them up today to find out they only last 8 hours and I cant get a refund; not even in store credit!!! The lady behind the register is so insensitive about my situation!!! Ill never get balloons from here again!!!

Horrible customer service, bought my balloons here and didn’t have the “time” to fill them up the next day. Ridiculous! The girl told me I could be there at anytime, Drove a long way just for this bs.

One of the fee places in the area were you can do a balloon order. Allow a lot of time for your visit as this store always have a long line with a very long wait.

This place is horrific and terrible customer service. I had to return items and the manager refused because they are New Years Items which is ridiculous. If I had no use for them then I want to return the items and get my money back expeditiously. I was never told nor informed about that these items are final sale. I want my money back immediately. And I will never shop at another party city again dealing with these issues.

I ordered online last week and did curbside pick up. Went today and the line was wrapped around the corner due to Halloween I guess. Ppl parked in the pick up spots so I parked in a regular spot and called the store 3 TIMES...no answer! I went in and a staff worker at the door was so RUDE. She said they were busy and to stand outside and wait for my order. I waited and it was cold. I went in again and she said were busy go back outside...umm where is my order I order a week ago. I dont have nothing to do w/ yall Halloween rush. I supposed to be in my warm car waiting for my order. They need some professional customer service training....I was very disappointed on how I was treated picking up my daughters birthday stuff!

Unorganized!! I put a online order In the day before I needed balloons! I ordered $40 dollars worth of balloons for a balloon release for my deceased cousins 1st heavenly birthday and my order was not only not ready but never even made! I wad even made to pay almost another $30 dollars when they dropped the ball and insisted I never stated my balloons were to be inflated! It was so much unprofessionalism. The only reason they got 1 star is because they made me barely late for the releasing but rushing my order after over 10-15 of back and fourth! Aw they also shorted me some balloons! I only have 18-19 ballons I paid for 21! I will never return thanks for the horrible service! Never again! Shut it down!

This place is trash!! I walked in and said hi to greeter/security not sure what she does but not friendly at all.. no social distancing enforced at lines.. nobody offered to help whenever looking for items.. cashier was pleasant but was not even done with transaction and next customer was already putting stuff on counter.. like i said if you want covid 19 Party city is the place to go!!

They had 2 workers...one was blowing up balloons and one was on the register...the line was super long and the lady doin the balloons wouldnt even help with checking people out..

Had a pick up curbside order and waited about 30 mins, still had to go in the store, and they didnt even know the order when I went in. Very disappointed.

The corporate office doesnt have coupons for those that sign up with emails to get a savings on purchases. I shop here a lot, and hardly get coupons to my email and when I do it is only good for one to two days. I never get to use the coupons. Whatever happened to rewarding your valued customers that support you every time they have an event or holiday need?

They are sold out of everything. Majority of the locations are closed now but they tried there best

Worst shopping experience ever I place a order early in the morning 7am or 8 was sent a message stating my order was ready by 9am, only to be givin a call an told around 2:30 by Marco that my order was out of stock they had sold items in my order before I was able to mke it there from work to pick my order up so disappointed 😡😡 I called in to speak to a manager today and was put on hold then hung up on the worst customer service u could ever experience

Really big store, kind of overwhelming at first. I wasnt sure where to go for assistance because no associates could be found except at the registers. The prices were very reasonable and the employees were professional.

Ran out of helium at 1:16pm on a Saturday. Tragic.

They were very busy, probably because of Halloween coming up. Some of the employees were very helpful, while others were not. One employee rang up my stuff and was talking to another employee while I was still waiting for my things to be bagged so I could leave. I had to tell him to put it in the bag because I had to leave.

I love Party City! Its like a huge warehouse full of candy, decorations, and costumes. Its fun to just walk around here and look at all the creative and vibrant products. They have a whole wall filled with costume choices. The costumes are often cheaply made, but they can be cute on kids especially. Also some costumes such as the Indian one are offensive and insensitive to other cultures so I wouldnt get those. Other than that its a nice place to get cheap bulk, color-coordinated candy, luau decor, wedding invitations, or whatever other event specific items you may need :)

Im sorry they didnt carry the items I was looking for, however, the manager and staff were accommodating and offered to help me with the online website! He was really nice and went out and above to look for the supplies I needed for my classroom

After speaking with customer service I can see why there going out of business. They do not fill up balloons if they are going to permanently closed the store. This is ridiculous, how come you cant fill up balloons until the store officially is out of business? They advised me to purchase the balloons from them and find a place to put in the helium. Doesnt make sense.

I was in the are since thete isnt any Bank of America in Indiana. Ive been to this Party City a few times and today I noticed how much I like this Party City location for some reason they have more stuff than the location in Highland. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I asked the young Latin lady in the register if she knew if they were going to have as much Valentines or Helium period at the Highland store. She found out for me in like 2 minutes. This young lady went above and beyond, now that is GREST Customer Service. Everyone greeted me and asked me if I needed any assistance. I will be taking the drive to this location for all my party needs.

Have what you will need. Just hope you dont carry parvo on your shoes from all the dogs that go in there that may be sick with. Just never know. bad idea. My breeder said to keep your dog at home until you get it to the vets office and then carry your puppy in and hold your puppy the intire time your there dont let mingle with other dogs or walk on floors. When vet is done and gives them there shots still carry out and put in car. Don T take any chances

I had a bad experience shopping today at this store. I brought $216.00 worth of birthday supplies and when I checked out with cashier she didnt give me all my bags causing me to return back to the store and pay for a cab twice and I dont live in this area causing my fare to be very expensive. I talked with the manager to tell him the cashier held bags behind the counter and didnt let me know that I had a bag left all he said was the only thing he can do is give me 10% off my next purchase. Never going back to that location it was the cashiers fault for not giving me all my bags.

Have noticed that when I come to the Cal City store on Torrence(450 River Oaks Drive) that I end up being overcharged!!! Last night I purchased 3 cards and a gift bag, the bag was clearly marked $1.49- I was charged $1.99, the cards were charged similarly the most expensive card was $4.69- charged $3.99.....common occurrence when I asked were they subtracting 10%, as usual the Sales Assoicate got smart.....Called no answering service available will be going back and if U DON T want to charge correctly, move and let the person that will DO ALL THE RINGING, OVERRINGING IS JUST AS BAD AS UNDERRINGING.

The rudest employees ever. None of the displayed balloons were available. The Spanish employee was TERRIFIED I was going to steal something although Im sure I pay more in taxes on my check than his take home. Never again.

I waited 15 minutes in line for about 10 one $1 balloons to be inflated along with other balloons I needed to pick out from the wall when I finally get to the register the girl tells me there is a 30 to 45 minute wait to blow them up. Like what? But the lady on the register next to me is picking up balloons and having them inflated right then and there. Took my services to the Highland location and she blew them up in 10 mins.

Went for Halloween costumes and I luv the organized wall with pictures verses picking thru a mess
