Love this repair center! I have been going here to get my screen fixed for about 2 years now. Each time, they do a great job, fair prices, and quick service! I highly recommend using this repair shop. I have Apple care but, it doesn’t compare to the customer service you receive at ABC Cellular.

Very sketchy location. Will never do business here again..... Watched a customer come in to return a phone he was told was brand new but turned out to be refurbished. He was refused a refund, but no signs are posted about a no refund policy. It only appears on your receipt AFTER you make your purchase.

My husband had a locked phone. And he came here to fix it. They charged 80 dollar I mean it was more cheaper than buy a new phone. The service was fast as 20 minutes.

Do NOT recommend changing an iPhone X screen or newer at this place. Charge a TON of money, and the screens instantaneously fail. Mine has not stopped glitching at all.

Dropped phone and damaged my internal screen and the glass screen. The guys were able to fix the screen to perfection. I saved money by getting my screen fixed to brand new instead of getting a new phone! I definitely will be back to this location if anything happens to my phone again. Customer service was awful, waited over an hour, clearly told the guy that helped us that we wanted Simple Mobile and he STILL gave us the opposite!!!!! After our transaction, sells person just walks away. No receipt, no thank you have a good day. I probably wont return if I have to spend my money, over $150 and get horrible service in return.

Not a good place to buy nor get it fixed at all. They broken my phone and they told me to go back to tmobile and ask them to fix it when your store staff did it anyway and they ripped me off. I never come again NEVER.

Charged me 100$ for a new touch chip. They failed to fix the phone after having it for a month. When I finally got my phone back it still was not fixed.I was denied my money back. I will be following up with civil case. Smh do not get conned by these guys

Great customer service was able to get my son a great phone for Christmas that didn’t break the bank.

These people have no respect for your time. I’ve been there on more than one occasion and have literally waited almost 4-6 hours even having them keep my phone over night to only fix the screen. They do not use OEM products for anything but charge an arm and leg. You would be better off going to Apple or Assecories for less on Torrence in Lansing. Better service better products and OEM everything.

Got my iPhone 6s screen fixed here about a year ago and later on began to realize I’m not satisfied with it at all!! First off the screen they replaced my cracked screen with is an off white color which isn’t the same color as the phones original button. And it cracks wayyy to easy, I had a glass screen protector on my screen when I accidentally dropped my phone and it cracked in the corner I applied pressure With my finger to make sure any little glass pieces would fall out then it made another crack that led straight to my button. I got home that day n put an outter box case on to protect it, about a couple weeks later I dropped my phone when cleaning then a long crack went straight through my screen mind it I had the outter box case still on. Now my screen is all lifted up but the phones still working now of today I tried to press the screen down and another crack appears from the end of the long crack to the middle of my screen. I’m upset about it and confused, so I just forget about it and go scroll through Instagram and then I hear another crack i turn my phone off n see that another cracked appeared from the previous one I’m highly upset with how cheaply made this screen is😡I will never get another screen fixed there.
