At this time and on this day, family dollar had what I was looking for. Hopefully they will keep some of the items that I look for will be in stock. Normally they are always out. Prices are reasonable depending on what you are buying. Prices on everything have gone up. Thats all.

Very nice and friendly cashier. Great selections to choose from and the person who stocked shelves Very knowledgeable.

Tonight I was at this family from 9:15 till 9:30 pm.I usually dont have any problems when I come here but tonight when I finally made it to cashier I told her I need an item from out a locked cabinet the young lady rolled eyes and stomped like a two year old and so I filled her to show her the item I wanted to purchase she mumbled under her breath (seriously)I didnt say anything cause my kids where with me .I dont want to come in a store to spend my hard earned money when I fill iam bothering the employees its unprofessional.talking about she work to jobs..how iss that a customer problem?

I would give this location a 0 if possible. Its always messy, and under stocked but the employees are usually friendly but I went in today to do an exact exchange and the lady tells me I owe $5.50??? How is that possible, Im getting the exact same towels in a different color and explained twice that theyre the same price! She just says the computer says you owe $5.50. I ask to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. Really??!! They need a new manager with common sense that knows what shes doing and wants to take care of the customers.

Family dollar store is amazing.That store has everything that I need for the home.

Store somewhat cluttered but can usually find items at a good price.

I unfortunately can only get to this location maybe 3 times out of a year due to the location, however this store has EVERYTHING AND MORE of what your looking for! Especially around the holidays, they have a variety of everything in there. The last time I visited this store, I was in there for a good 35-40 minutes. To top it off, prices are very reasonable and they check you out quickly. I definitely recommend this store.

The area/district managers needs too stop trying 2 obtain bonuses and really staff the store(s) so that the products and cleanliness of the store can stay up 2 par. Only 2 persons in a very big n busy store. Wont be surpisesd if the shrink is high. Also.. Please fix the parking lot. I will be calling calumet city building department Monday. Way to many pot holes in the lot

This store extremely cluttered and junky to say the least. I understand the concept of restocking this is essential in a retail store, however when MAJORITY of the aisles are cluttered with boxes, carts ect this becomes a safety concern for the customers. This was my 1st time in this location and I can honestly say I will not return as well as makes me look at the Family Dollar corporation in a different way in regards to whom you have running your stores.

Parking lot will get u flat tire. Cant understand why you guys dont fix it..stop going there be cause of parking lot. To big of pot holes
