Had a taste for some Mrs. Fields cookies so traveled 35 minutes to the mall to get My usual white chocolate macadamia nut which is the best cookie ever, I also got white chocolate gingerbread macadamia nut. And let Me tell You, this gingerbread cookie was so good it made me quiver.

I placed an order for pick up and the girl there looked at me like I spoke a foreign language and said she never heard of any pick up orders. She continued by telling me that the manager is the only one that decorates and she wasnt in. If that were the case they couldve called and I would have placed my order elsewhere but since they didnt tell me it was too late to place an order for same day pick up. I dont understand how they can keep their job if they dont even know what theyre doing.

Ive been coming to this place for about 4 months and they never have what I want. I ask could i place an order for what I want and was told no. The workers are young and dont know nothing. You ask a question and all they can say is i dont know. Its very upsetting when I drive 30 minutes and cant get what I want and they dont care. I even ask for Corporate number and they gave me the wrong number. People do yourself a Favor and dont waste your money and time at this location. Everyone their needs a training class in customer service.

I was working here for a month and when I tell you they are unprofessional to the point where the boss barely had orders or delivery coming to the store the manager wasn’t training or actually caring about the employees so you reap what you sow they don’t care abt the employees at river oaks at all he closed it without warning leaving us without jobs cause he thought we would steal which I thought was racist ...I did my best to clean up what the manager left behind but the district manager and boss don’t care . horrible place to work or be a customer to honestly

Went to get a smoothie and was told they don’t make smoothies no more tonight. Huh? It’s 6:50pm and they don’t close until 9. I’ve never heard no such thing. They need to hire people that really wanna work!
