We live close to River Oaks, after I placed my order I got an Email a couple of hours later saying the shirt was ready to be picked up at Ford City Mall, apparently the River Oaks location was closed, It was very unprofessional and inconvenient not to update the location Before the order was paid.

Nice place they can put what ever you want on any apparel T-shirts hoodies jackets etc. Prices vary what U want on certain apparel. Great place.🌟🌟🌟🌟🍀🇺🇸😎

It was really really really nice 😊. My mom and I went there to get some tees customized. Mind you, my mom is quite particular when it comes to spending money. The associate was patient, generous and gave her a complete understanding of the entire process. We both left with smiles

Very disappointed!!Good service means everything! I did not receive the service I expected. Maybe that particular shop is used to giving poor service!? However, when you have limited brick and mortar choices, you have to grit your teeth and pay for what you need. Called first to find out if my order could be accommodated. Went into store, no greeting. Had to make 3 staff members recognize my presence in the shop. Had I not needed the shirts for children, I would have walked out! Bought 41 shirts for students!I will not use nor recommend this business to anyone!! Thank goodness I dont have to buy last minute gifts for children. So very disappointed!!

Came here yesterday paid for my son shirt for his birthday the lady tells me come back in a hour i came back In a hour and the place was closed I’m here now the following day and they are closed I hope I can get my son shirt before his birthday for one they didn’t have my son shirt size there so I had to go across the way to the children’s place and pay $10 for the shirt and then $40 for their design this is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of them this is my first and last time doing business at the company

The staff there are very professional. They went well out their way to make sure I had what I needed for my event. They also called to make sure everything was correct before making the shirts. Alexis greeted me with kindness, and there was another guy hate I didnt get his name but came into the shop when he was finishing my shirts and conversation with both employees was pleasant in an overwhelming atmosphere. They work well under pressure. They deliver on time, with no problems and was understanding of what I needed to be done, in the time frame needed. Their prices are reasonable. Will be doing service with them again.

They are very unprofessional and unorganized. The business hours say one thing and when you get there they are closed! I went on there on a Thursday around 4:30PM and he was closed. Called on Friday and asked what time did they close he said 7PM. I get there at 6PM and he was closed! Then he comes to the gate and tell me he is not taking anymore orders 😒 and that I can order online it will be faster and cheaper! I ask can I pick up at the Calumet City location he says yes! Order my husband and I 1 year wedding anniversary shirts online Friday evening! When I go to pick up the shirts he is once again closed! I will never shop here again! Because of him it ruined what I was trying to do! Now Im calling for a refund and there is no answer! DONT SHOP HERE!

Horrible horrible customer service. Went in there to purchase shirts and not once was greated! Not even as I approcached the register.. talk about being rude. I wouldve liked to buy shirts but was thrown off by their customer service.. I left with my $ and went else where.. word of advice.. fire them both!!

Place is crazy was quoted $300 for 6 shirts 🤦🏻‍♂️ Site is terrible and could definitely look into breaking down pricing system before I sit there for a hour designing a shirt maybe 🤷🏽‍♂️ Gonna take a hard pass on these guys.
