We have a beautiful tree, but the excitement I was feeling about going to purchase it was quickly drained by poor customer service After we selected our tree we waited over 20 minutes to have an associate come to trim and wrap it. While I was paying for the tree the associate left after I had requested help getting it loaded into my car. Of course I had to wait another 10 minutes for him to arrive Staff had no sense of urgency, and were very nonchalant about our waiting time. Boooooo, Home Depot. Next year Ill pay more and go to a tree lot
