A little bit of confusion amongst employees about what we wanted and what they had in their store. In fact we had to drive to another store location (warehouse)on 159th St. and still waited for another 30 mins. Nice furniture though!

My experience with this company has been terrible. I honestly don’t want to leave no star. I purchased furniture 2 weeks ago. At the time of purchase I paid for delivery & set up services. Considering I would be out on business this same week. I called 5 days straight leaving a voicemail to find out my delivery time. Each time I was instructed to leave my information for supervisor to call me back. I left my information Tuesday - Thursday never receiving a call back until Thursday evening about my time frame. Thursday arrives and they give me 30 minutes to decide if i can do the time they have for me. My furniture was delivered & set up June 18, 2021. I arrive home from a business trip Monday June 21,2021 to discover ALL OF THE BOXES were left in my front lawn, back yard, and foam was all across my yard from stray animals. In addition my rugs weren’t delivered. i was told to come pick them up. A manager has yet to return my call. I paid a tip for their delivery person to take those boxes with them or to the trash. If i don’t get a return call from a supervisor within 24 hours, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS experience for my first time purchasing anything here.

I purchased a rose gold mirror and table console. I paid cash, my fault. After two months of monitoring my item, the base of the table slowly start to crack in different areas of the mirror. Called and spoke to a manager, they said that they will call me back. Havent heard from them as of yet. I continue to take pictures as it is continuing to crack. I brought two lamps previously, they are fine. This console is slowly cracking, the only thing that is sitting on the table is a few pictures of my family. For the amount of money that I paid, this furniture should be lasting for years, not a few months. I just want to resolve this. Will keep trying to get this exchanged out, because I know theyre not going to give me a refund. This has to be a defective model or made up of cheap material with a high price tag. 😔😔😔

Nice customer service, clean store and a wide variety. They have furniture you can get within a week or two, not 3mons like all the others. Try them

The furniture is beautiful and the prices are reasonable. They offer 90 day payoff. The one guy that sold me furniture was very pleasant and knowledgeable to be new. The rest of the staff just seem to show no interest in practicing good customer service.

Nice selections, actually I didnt buy furniture but my family member did. A word of caution if you opt out of them delivering and decide to pick it up yourself, check with them where to pick it up from. We arrived at the store with a truck only to be told we had to go to their warehouse which is only a couple miles away but we passed the warehouse coming to the store and had to turn around and go back the way we came, waste of time and gas. The guys who loaded the furniture had very nasty attitudes, but honestly who cares lol, I just consider the source. I took a star off for them wasting my gas and time. In all honesty the lady working in the store did apologize when I brought it to her attention. So may have been an oversight. I did see something I liked and will be going back there soon.

Wow is the perfect name for this furniture store. My eyes didnt know which way to look. So many selections, that would definitely make your house decor the talk of the town.

So,I would like to share my experience at this furniture location. I purchased several items from here, which included a Queen size Mattress set My date of purchase was on March 17th and I received my delivery on March29th . on April 12th I called due to the box spring being faulty. I then Spoke to Sandra and sent her pictures of how badly the Box spring was on April 19th. The box spring was sunken in and this occurred less than 30day of my purchase. I then asked if a manager/MOE can call me as this was not acceptable to me. When Sandra contacted me back she said that the owner stated that the mattress was the cost of 499.00 and the box spring was thrown for free. However on the receipt its says mattress set. At any rate they told me I would have to pay for another box spring and the delivery charge. This is totally unfair they knew this box spring was of cheap quality and did nothing to try to rectify the situation. This furniture store is all about making money and not obtaining and keeping customers nor exercising goo business practices. I will never do business or recommend anyone I know to this establishment, due to the service I received there. I never received a call from the manager, they didnt try to accomodate me in any form or fashion.

When I went in to look for a set Moe made sure that I got the best deal and a quick delivery. The delivery and set up crew was quick and nice the only thing I did notice that it’s some scratches on the headboard and dresser but you really have to be close on it to see it. Overall I’m very satisfied! When you go ask for Moe!

It was great! The people were very helpful and pleasant. They have some beautiful furniture in that store. I will definitely go back. My daughter bought her a bed and mattresses and her daughter one as well. A must see💕

I went into WOW looking to purchase a sectional, but was really undecided about what I wanted. Moe listened to the description of the carpeting and wall colors of my family room and made some recommendations. I absolutely loved the couch he showed me and he even suggested a floor rug that would compliment my couch and tie in all the colors of my family room. My family room looks great! The couch and rug are a good quality and I love the contemporary design. The store has a lot of great pieces and Moe delivers great customer service. I will definitely be back.

I have been searching for furniture since March, I finally found furniture here in June. I purchased a living room set thanks Destinee who help me when I arrived. She is super nice and helpful. When we run into a hiccup due to the item I wanted was not all in stock, Moe took care of me. Last but not least the delivery guy, Abraham did a great job delivering my furniture. I will say make sure your itmes are in stock otherwise you will be waiting no fault of Wow Furniture but we are still in a Pandemic and things are moving very slow.

Beautiful furniture but no sofa sleepers

We have dealt with WOW furniture in Calumet City a few times now throughout the years. From bedroom sets and mattresses, to sheets, rugs, couches and living room decor. My wife and I are always happy with their customer service. From the time you walk in the door they are pleasant and helpful to the time you leave out rather you make a purchase or are only inquiring. All of the staff is great with assisting in what would make you happy. Very patient and kind, No one there is pushy just to make a sale. They are actually down to earth and understanding. Delivery however sucks, they are not gentle at all, Scratched my floor up, and threw the boxes out my front window and left them there all across my lawn.

I got my bed here, its great I love it, but the headboard was supposed to come with two dividers, but it didnt. Aside from that, everything is great.

The furniture is very beautiful, however I had a pick up time and I still waited 45 minutes. After getting home and opened my furniture, it was the wrong color. I had to take it back drive to the back of the store and my husband loaded the furniture. I felt we should not have to do that when the store gave me the wrong order. I really love the furniture but I would not return just because of there service.

Ok prices but if you want to pick up your merchandise you have to wait a day or 2 and warehouse is there!!

The store was an average furniture store; the furniture was over priced for the quality. Moreover, most of the staff wasn’t wearing a mask and to make matter worst they approach and spoke with you in a enclosed space as if we weren’t in the midst of a pandemic.

Had a problem and it was a easy fix I really like Moe and the company . My furniture is amazing will make another trip in a few weeksthat was my original post after 3 weeks of having the furniture I discover my furniture had bed bugs I ask for 50 dollars off of the stand he would not do that I would never go back . over price and disgusting . never will I tell someone to go there .

Very terrible service, one of the pieces to my sectional was broken I had to keep calling up there until I got tired and went up there, the manager was nice about it but the service was terrible! No one gave me an update? I had to call up there and see what was going on! The delivery men left several holes in my wall and left the boxes and plastic from the sectional in the middle of my floor! I asked them to push the couch back when they were done and one of the guys said $20! Never again!
