My Dad loved that the shakes come in the metal mixing container. We had two shakes and a malt. All were yummy. We all agreed that the steak fries were much better than Red Robin. We loved the chili fries too. The kids meals had very generous serving of fries and cheese was free on their burgers. We all loved dressing our burgers. Wow the burgers were so delicious. Two original steak burgers and one with mushrooms and Swiss. So yummy that my kids and Dad cant wait to come back and wanted to come back the very next day. Yelpers were right that the burgers are juicy and you need napkins. We will be back!

I love Sonics restaurant. Many improved needed. I could taste old nasty oil on the fries and tots 🤢🤢The ocean water truly tasted only like water. Huge disappointment. 🙄🙄I had a large family order.It was not crowded.

Food usually is great.. this time food was just horrible and with the prices changed and no more dollar items. I would expect top quality if Im paying near 50 dollars.. raw corn dogs, onion rings had a sweet taste cold fries..Service was ok but they all look like zombies so dull..

Thursday Evening (5/13/21) we decided to get some dessert at Sonic and it was the worst mistake ever, we ordered 3 small Oreo Sonic Blast and 1 small Cheesecake Sonic Blast. What a disappointment it was, they just poured ice cream in a cup and topped it with Oreos and Cheesecake crumbs, to top it off they gave us a straw to suck up the ice cream instead of a spoon. Not ONLY was our dessert the worst but, we waited in drive-thru for 40 minutes, if it wasn’t for my kids I would’ve just driven off! I will NEVER go back to this Sonic again!!

The food is good and they did get our order right. The only thing I didnt like was the demeanor of the Lady taking our order. You can always tell when someone hates their job.Other than that it was good.

They have very poor customer service saying “what” instead of “I’m sorry I couldn’t hear you” do better. $41 isn’t worth disrespect. Very poor.

They dont follow directions, if you send it back then it will get worse. After 2 send backs ( how hard is no ketchup and no tomatoes. Add mayo) I ask for my money back.

The line was long as ever and my order was wrong. I made axquick run on my lunch break. I ordered a small strawberry shake and a small cheesecake shake. As you see I dont have a cheesecake shake. I called to report if I was sure I wasnt given a cheesecake shake. That question is worst than the cable company asking if your box is plugged in...really.

I asked for NO bacon on my burger and guess what I got, bacon. The young lady that came out read off my order stating no bacon. Halfway to my destination I take my 2nd bite and realized it had bacon. When I called all I was offered was to remake my sandwich if I came back. Very sad !!!

They charge $3.06 dollars for 2 large cups of ice. Where Thornton gas station on charge 76 cents. The cups are bigger and they service is great. Never will I get ice 🧊 from them again.

Running a little late for my nephews first Little League football game today and I decided to stop at this location because I was starving. I figured I could grab a quick bite to eat for my son and myself so that we didn’t miss the game. Placed our order, paid our money, received our bag and proceeded to make it just in time for kick off. Upon unwrapping our food our chili cheese dogs have a splash of chili JUICE!!! Not chili but the JUICE!!! There is absolutely no excuse to put this into a wrapper and put it into a customers bag and send them away. Just tell me you were out of chili and give me the option of changing my order. Bad decision equals bad review!

Burger meat was basically black and hard... Fries were cold and hard like they have been sitting. But the chicken nuggets were good. But wasnt worth the money i spent

They dont speak English. They ignore you in the drive thru, and at the drive in stands if you are white. We waited for 20 minutes in the drive up, before heading to the drive thru. Which took another 30 minutes because they continued to serve the other lane instead of us for 5 cars. Love sonic, hate this location. Staff seems to be having a party in the kitchen instead of taking orders. Worst sonic I have every been to.

This Sonics is ran poorly. I sat in the drive through and they let 5 other cars go before me in the other line. There was no sign up saying the lane I was in was closed. So I had to wait one hour for my food when this is supposed to be fast food. I could have sat down and went out to eat if I wanted to wait that long for some food !!

Worst service ever!!!! Im from california & every sonic i have been to in cali service is great, this place by far the worst, i had my button pressed for 10 minutes, the order taker took 3 other oders before mine & they all showed up after me. As taking mynorder she just kept rushing me and saying is that it? After everything i said. It was a big order, & i had asked if ranch & ketchup qere in my bag(they said yes) & ofcourse as i was already gone there was not a single sauce in my bag.

Overall great team spirit. They are very helpful and provided good food service.

Worst experience. I have contacted corporate it’s been a week and no response. Pathetic. You can tell they cook the burgers and let them sit out all day until someone orders them. That’s should be a food safety issue. Managers don’t know how to do refunds or handle issues that happens on their shift. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

They are ok. Chili Dogs are good and better than Dairy Queens. Also, the Chicago Style Hot Dog. The experience of the drive-in is interesting though, like back in the day and especially great on a summer evening or night. Be warned that the onion rings are sweet.Not good

We say in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and then pulled into a stall to hopefully get service. Nope, now people in the drivethru that were behind us are now pulling to the window to get servers and here we sit.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to place an order for 2 Chicago style Hot dogs and a number 1. Waited about 10 minutes more for cold burger. I asked for salt for the fries and tots. I was given black pepper. No salt. Asked again for salt. The lady said one minute and took about 3 - 4 minutes to come back. She reappear to say they dont have any packages of salt. I asked if she would shake a little in a napkin. She said they only order packages and they were out! She rudely said there is no salt and closed the window! By the way there is paper taped to the drive thru window so you cant see inside! Never again will I patronize this location!

Sonics has good burgers and huge depending on what burger you want they got em.

I tried the new banana pudding shake. It was missing whip cream, Nilla wafers, and chunks of banana. Sure, there was the occasion taste of real banana in the pin head size bites that could be found but those were few and far between. This was absolutely pitiful for $5.79. But this location has a history of grotesque service and not making things correctly. Ive complained before but clearly the owner didnt care.

I wanted to try their strawberry cheesecake deal and it did not disappoint. I also ordered their new chicken po boy sandwich with jalapenos added. Oh boy are you in for a treat. This sandwich is huge. You are definitely in for a treat here too.

The workers are Extremely unprofessional and seems to have no sense of customer service. There were other cars who ordered after me receiving thei order. I waited almost 30mins for a small reese cup blast. When I pulled up to drive thru window I could hear the young girl on her cell phone., I waited another 2 mins then blew my horn. I asked why it took so long? I was toldgive me one minute as she close the window.. I guess it was a joke because another employee started laughing. At that moment I refused to wait another sec. So I pulled off without my blast.They will NEVER GET ANOTHER Penny from me.

My food took long to come then it was ordering it. Everyone kept getting their order and I flagged down a employee so I can get my order. They bring me someone else’s order. I had to let them know of this mistake and they finally bought my order out 25 mins later. The food wasn’t great. I waited an hr for my food and it just wasn’t hitting.. drinks and dessert the only thing I would recommend here

Everyone I saw was hustling, so be sure to be patient if theyre short staffed.Had to hit the button 3 times and it took about 20 minutes for my order to be taken. Had a $20 order yesterday day and EVERYTHING was old. I worked fast food and know when food has been sitting in the warmer. The chicken sandwich was tough and barely lukewarm. The fries were cold. Only the drinks werent a issue. They used to be sooooooo much better. Skip the headache and eat somewhere else unless you like cold food.

Visiting from Minnesota and stopped through. Overpriced and items aren’t as advertised. We order large shakes and we’re basically given large cups of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top. I ordered a 5pc chicken tender combo and was given one sauce (which is the same size as the sauce for McDonalds nuggets). I spent almost $18 on a combo and a large shake and was disappointed with the entire order.

Need better, attentive and knowledgeable cashiers . When try and get clarification on ur order they reply I just ring up and repeat what the receipt say

Paid for (3) chicken strips & got (2) and the cheese burger was nothing to speak about. Even though I didnt ask, the manger was nice enough to come out to ask about and bring, not one but (2)chicken strip! In general, my food was a two star.

Food is always hot. Ice cream machine is on and working. Cherry limeade is bomb. Actual celery salt on hot dogs. Cant lose.

Our order was made wrong. They remade it no problem but then the 2 that were wrong were shoved through the window and the window was slammed shut. The food tasted great and the temp was right for each item. Customer service was less than friendly.

To make sure the parking keeps clear no hanging out. Maybe more lights. Maybe a drive on movie night on River Oaks side of the parking lot. Just know youll need more security and staff to pull that off.All in all improve on the customer service.I had and great experience. Yes, I do a lot reviews. The chicken strips were dry as if they were left over from last month! I spoke with the manager and we settled on a hamburger as a substitute!

I had a snickers blizzard. It was perfect. Plenty of snickers and just enough ice cream. And it stayed nice and frozen the 20 minutes or so that it took me to finish it.
